I have used Amulet of Ashes twice. Both times the staff went above and beyond. The first ring was my husband ashes and it's perfect. Its been on my finger for 6 years. Then recently I had another ring with my dogs ashes. I need delivery to Spain. All fine on England side, unfortunately Spain decided not to release from customs. It was returned to Amulet and both Sam and Dylan kept me informed the whole time and then sent it to a friend's address who bought it over to Spain for me. They did all of this at no extra cost. It now has pride of place on my finger. If you need a memorial item made, then this is the company to go for.

Absolutely amazing company, can not give them enough praise, they went above and beyond to create the beautiful items that I purchased, I ordered a ring and 2 charms, and they are all absolutely beautiful, the communication with Dylan was amazing and he always responded and answered all my questions.

I honestly cannot thank Sam enough for what she has created for my mum and I after our beautiful pug Bruce passed away last month. Sam was recommended to us by Halsham Crematorium where we took our Brucie. I also knew Sam from teaching her little one and this made me feel like it was just meant to be. My mum and I both ordered a necklace each and received a pair of free earrings on a deal they had on the website at the time of ordering. Sam made sure the whole process was stress free and created the most beautiful pieces of jewellery in such a short amount of time so we could have our Bruce back with us.
Sam asked if she could have a photo of Bruce to try out a new product that Dylan was working on and of course we said yes. I received this as a gift and it was the most beautiful, thoughtful gift capturing Bruce. I will be forever grateful to Sam and Dylan for making sure that wherever we go, we always have our Brucie Bear.

The communication and attention to detail with this company is incredible, I brought a gift for my sister for her 30th which was ashes of our beloved Grandad who unfortunately is no longer with us. She had always wanted a little piece of him to always be close to her and this was the perfect gift. She is so in love with her jewellery and I am blown away with how beautiful they are. The team were absolutely incredible and kept me updated every step of the way as to what was happening. We recently lost our beloved rescue parrot who was essentially the closest soul to a daughter we would ever have, and they treated our order with utmost respect and dignity. We even received a lovely certificate and pocket huge coin. The ring is stunning, so much so that I cried tears of joy to have our girl back with us again and on my hand once more as she would have been in life. Thank you Team AoA, incredible job! :-)

I read all the information about the order system and was clear that it would be a fairly lengthy process.
I contacted A of A a couple of times just to check on progress and received polite and helpful responses.

Today my order, a white onyx necklace, arrived and I had a little cry on opening it.
Everything was just so beautifully and considerately packaged and I truly feel that this caring, small business add their own compassion to each order.

To have this little piece of my darling friend is beyond precious and the beauty in the necklace stone will be treasured forever.

We have had 2 rings made and they are absolutely gorgeous. They couldn’t be more beautiful. The customer service was absolutely amazing. We absolutely adore our rings and have already been looking for some others to have.

Received my beautiful ashes ring on Saturday and it is perfect. The little hug received with the product was a lovely touch given the sentimentality of the product. Love the unusual design and that you can select personalisation of the stone. I did message the company twice and my queries were answered quickly and efficiently. I think the service could be improved slightly given the sensitive nature of the business, perhaps a quick confirmation when the initial pack is dispatched for the collection of DNA, and maybe a confirmation when they are received back and re-confirmation of when to expect the product, they are produced to order so they take time and you do start to worry that maybe your ashes have gone missing. It is quite an emotional process, if updates were sent I wouldn’t have had to email queries through so would probably save time on admin. Great service and lovely product but would benefit greatly from a couple of little improvements
