The length of the dress is shorter than…
The length of the dress is shorter than what I expected. I previously bought a dress in size "52" from your website, and the length was perfect. However, this time, although I ordered the same size, the length is shorter. I love the design and the overall quality is good.

Great service, very punctual with delivery. I ordered my item the day before Eid, and could collect the same day. Abaya looks and feels great.

The abaya arrived damaged
The abaya arrived damaged. I was disappointed because it was for Eid and I paid extra for fast delivery. When I initially contacted the retailer, they said they had checked items before shipping and had never had this issue before. They offered me a £ 15-pound refund on a £ 50-plus abaya. I was understandably upset and asked for a full refund, which they did give in the end.

Salam, I'd like to clarify that when you initially contacted us regarding your order, you specifically mentioned, "I would like a discount or replacement abaya." That's why we initially offered you a discount for your order. Typically, in such situations, we would offer a replacement or a refund right away. However, because you expressed a preference for a discount, we extended that option to you initially. If you had preferred a replacement or a refund instead, all you had to do was let us know, and we would have happily accommodated your request. Instead, you proceeded to imply that we were conducting our business inappropriately by using phrases such as "Fear Allah" and "May Allah guide you." Due to this situation, we proceeded with refunding your money and, despite the loss for us, allowed you to keep the abaya. As a result, you now have the abaya free of charge.
I’d like to ask you what other company would let you keep the product and still issue a refund?

Excellent quality and fab customer service
First time buying from this company after I found them through a Google search. Really impressed with the quality of the fabric and beautiful stone work. Came packaged really nicely in tissue, bag and outer box. Customer service was excellent and prompt when I had a query.
10/10 throughout. Far better than other similar priced (and more expensive) abaya companies out there who I’ve experienced that don’t even bother to iron their abayas! Presentation is key and Anaqa have nailed it Allahumma baarik.
Will definitely be back to buy again inshaAllah and recommend to all.

The customer service is excellent. They always respond promptly. The item I ordered, desert sage poppy abaya was amazing, very good quality and the embroidering detail on the fabric is done very well. Will be ordering more in the future.

I bought the teal premium abaya for an event, absolutely stunning. Quality is so so good, it came packaged beautifully. Had so many compliments, definitely amazing quality and premium feel. Will be purchasing more soon. Customer service was also 10 out of 10
