2nd hand product
I received product with note from the last buyer. The loader did not work. Now i have to send it back but first wait 10 days for a replay ..
Probably on my cost the returning..

Voor de levering had ik gekozen voor…
Voor de levering had ik gekozen voor parcel shop in de buurt. Dit w aangeraden omwille van ecologie. Nu blijkt dit te worden geleverd aan de andere kant van het land….. niemand die ik kan bereiken of me wilt te woord staan. Ik ben al een volledige dag ah chatten met de transportmaatschappij maar ook daar enkel standaard antwoorden en kunnen ze me hélemaal niet helpen. Ik weet echt niet wat te doen, of wie me kan/wil/moet helpen.

Great prices and service, Belgian site only in Dutch!
Great price and fast delivery made for a positive experience. The only annoying aspect was having to go through the whole purchase process in Dutch. For some unknown reason, Andlight don't seem to be interested in selling to the over 4 million people in Belgium who do not speak Dutch. Personally, I would have preferred to go through the whole process in my own langage (English), unfortunately this is not possible on the Andlight "Belgian" website.
