I’ve looked into the situation and noticed that your order has been delayed three times by the supplier. I’m really sorry about this. When a product is out of stock, we rely on the manufacturer’s delivery estimates, and unfortunately, this has been postponed a few times in your case. We know this isn’t ideal, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience.
I also see you’ve been in touch with our customer service, and as requested, your order has been cancelled the 31st of January.

A product should be in working more than a month and I am very sorry that there has been a lot of issues with your lamp. I do see that this has been a longer process and I apologize for that.
