Flex watch band is excellent
Flex watch band is excellent. Formerly, I owned the Anhem sport watch band which had a Velcro clasp. This new band is superior because it cannot become accidentally unclasped. You adjust its size and it stretches onto your wrist. It is also very comfortable to wear. 5 stars.

Thank you for your feedback! We also think the new flex band is a great upgrade from the older velcro bands. It is currently my day to day band!

Hello, we just want to apologize for the delivery mishap with USPS. We do understand it is frustrating when deliveries are delayed, however we did look into it for you and confirmed with you that USPS has this mistake sometimes, but every time it happens, they will find and fix the error by rerouting it back to your correct shipping address. There was nothing we can do as it was still in transit and we were confident that it will make it back to you. We double checked your tracking again today and it is currently out for delivery to you, which is great news! Again, we do apologize for the delay, once the package is handed off to the shipping courier, we no longer have control over late deliveries or any other shipping delays that they may have.

The website is excellent and the wrist band is very comfortable and a great color.

Band choices are very good. However, I do have problems with shortening the length of the band.

Great quality and color
The milanese bands are excellent! The bands are comfortable and the clasps are secure. The rainbow finish is brilliant and the rose gold finish is very true to the color of genuine 14k rose gold.

I ordered these Apple watch case protector and they don’t even protect the glass of the watch. I ordered them from your company in the past and they had a shatterproof cover over the Watch lens and these ones that you ship me are very hard to get on not happy!!!

Hello! The cover you purchased is a flexible TPU sleeve which you stretch over your watch. It is meant to be a tight fit so the fitment will be nice and secure. We do have covers with a screen protector and we will email with a link to them so that you can check them out!
