I made an order for 6 bottles of tick…

I made an order for 6 bottles of tick spray with living in the countryside as to save me ordering constantly and also for my daughters two cats as well as the ticks this year are bad they emailed me about 3 times for to verify for what purpose as ordering a large amount as they thought I was reselling it I found this annoying but after thinking about it I though you know what they are being responsible and security issues they had also so 100 % plus to them definitely recommend this company as that’s a good safe place to buy from as anywhere else would just send it out without question need more businesses like this one will definitely be buying from them again and totally recommend them

Good company

Good company, there was an issue with delivery and they were quick to assist.
The courier lets them down though, my delivery was thrown in our field

Fantastic customer service

I purchased wormwood for my cat and it was amazing. We could not work out why our cat was getting so thin and his fur falling out but this worked so well. Also fantastic customer service. The carrier for the wormwood had gone hard so I contacted Animigo and they came straight back to me within minutes and were so helpful. Also fast delivery.

Amozan not very good at delivering

Amozan not very good at delivering.
My white bungalow ( the only one for miles) ended up being a three storey red bricked house for the delivery drop off.
Not going to order again if they are your delivery supplier

I found the car repellent didn’t work…

I found the car repellent didn’t work on my cat. I did send message to the company asking for advice but no reply. I wasted quite a bit of money.

Service is not impressive

I ordered some goods from Animigo. One of the items says to use a scoop fo measured amounts but no scoop was enclosed. I have emailed Animigo. I received their reply on 28th April and now it is 8th May. How long does it take for a small scoop to be sent out to me? Not impressed by this company.
