Annetts Fine Furniture Opiniões

We’d seen a dining set both at Annetts and online. It was cheaper online - Annetts not only matched the price but discounted it further. Customer service was excellent . Will definitely visit again

High quality , friendly service from Harry Weaver who kept us fully informed throughout the process of purchase and subsequent after sales.
Would recommend this store and staff and will use again.

Excellent customer service again from Annettes, from Harry, salesperson,Ben,Manager and the care taken by delivery guys.

Ordered a sofa from Annette’s and received 5 star service from ordering to delivery.
Very pleased with sofa would highly recommend and would definitely buy from them in the future.

I recently purchased a three piece suite from Annette’s and am delighted with the service I received,Harry the sales person in the shop very helpful from beginning to end of the sale, keeping me well informed of progress. Two very nice lads delivered and explained everything fully.

I recently bought some furniture items (two coffee tables) from Annettes and as always the level of service provided there is exceptionally good. The quality of furniture stocked is matched by the quality of help, care and advice on hand from the team. Rob (Harris) went out of his way to help me re my thoughts and answer questions about a new sofa and chair. He was very helpful providing information re fabrics and dimensions and ideas. Nothing was too much trouble. In addition, Annette's Delivery team are superb and my very heavy coffee tables were delivered and carried carefully upstairs in a very careful and friendly manner. I would definitely recommend Annettes for both quality of stock and quality of their staff.

Ordered online, garden furniture- Service was very efficient via email and telephone regarding status of my order and arranging delivery date. Delivery was prompt, furniture well packaged, assembled by 2 lovely polite delivery men and sited where I needed it. Delighted with my purchase.

Helpful and knowledgeable sales team, nothing too much trouble. Good range of furniture and plenty of fabric samples. We decided we did not need one chair and they were able to cancel the order - no moans, groans or penalties. The delivery guys were on time, sorted and friendly.

Annetts will be our first port ofcall when we need more furniture.

Annettes Fine Furniture was and Absolutely Fantastic Experience for my wife and I regarding our G plan sofa and chairs purchase.
We dealt with Harry Weaver through out the whole process and it was a real delight to have Harry dealing with our purchase. Harry kept us informed every step of the way from ordering to delivery schedule the whole entire process and not only that but what a really professional and lovely man Harry is.
So I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Annetts Fine Furniture to any prospective customer as you will definitely experience a First Class Professional Service like we did. An Absolute pleasure to be a customer of yours and will definitely shop there again if we need more furniture etc in the future.

We bought a sofa and found the staff very pleasant and helpful without being pushy.

As we didn't know when our room would be ready for the sofa to be delivered, Annett's were very happy to store the sofa for us until it was. That made a big difference to us.

The delivery team were were careful bringing the sofa into our home and put sticky pads on the undersides of the feet to protect our LVT floor.

We are very pleased with our sofa and we intend going back to Annett in Hereford to look for a chair. We have recommended the store to a neighbour.

From the interaction in the store with Damian to the delivery with Dan and Clive first class and very professional the company should be very proud of these guys long may it continue Charlie and Lynda Thomas

Great service always helpful, always good to buy from a local company kept us updated on our order and it was available earlier than expected!

The quality of the products and the outstanding customer service is what keeps us coming back to Annettes Fine Furniture.

We have purchased three sofas, a side chair, a garden dining set and now a tempur mattress.

We felt primarily with Harry who has been fantastic, he even negotiated a better deal with Tempur to include free pillows which was a nice bonus.

Delivery is smooth and professional, everyone we have dealt with has been fantastic.

We highly recommend the shop for top quality furniture.

Excellent shopping experience . Great to be free to wander around the Annett's significant showroom packed with quality furnishings. Assistance is on hand when you have a query or wish to purchase .
The options are made available to you as far as fabrics and colours. Brilliant showroom support - thank you Rob Harris.
Rob ensured I was fully aware of delivery dates - lead times and kept me informed throughout. An added bonus was that my delivery arrived early.
The delivery men where also fantastic- very considerate and helpful too.
Exceptional customer service provided by all at Annetts' team . Thank you

Over the years I have bought many furniture items from Annette’s Fine Furniture in Hereford.
My latest buy was a Hypnos Back Care Delux mattress for my bed. Although it is a firm mattress it is super comfortable to sleep on.
I was served in the store by Rob Harris a very pleasant young man. Who explained fully the differences in the mattresses we looked at. Plus the aftercare of the purchase.
He kept me informed as to when the mattress would be in the store and discussed a suitable time and day for it to be delivered.
I would thoroughly recommend seeing Rob if you go to the store looking for new furniture.

Purchased several items for my new house in preparation for moving. Harry the sales manager was excellent, very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful, definitely recommend having a look. I struck lucky as a couple of sofas I bought which I’d planned on buying had been reduced in the sale double bargain.

Really helpful and professional company. Great experience from the sales staff through to the delivery team. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from first contact, updated delivery notifications, confirmation of date and time followed by superb installation.

Very happy with the helpful staff at Annetts
