Annetts Fine Furniture Opiniões

We enjoy shopping at Annetts, a great range of products and no pressure selling, no constant sales talk here - if you need assistance you can request it, if not then you won't be engaged in meaningless conversation.
Highly recommended

From choosing our new bed to its delivery and installation everything worked very well indeed. Rob in the showroom could not have been more helpful, and the care and attention shown by the delivery guys were first class. Excellent customer care skills all round.

Searching for new sofas has been a pleasure at this store, in Hereford.
Damian took great care with our decision process and then he was meticulous in ensuring that every detail of our order was exactly what we wanted.
Dan and Jason have just delivered them, and they were wonderfully careful about getting the sofas into our sitting room, and arranging them where we wanted them to go.
When we need more furniture for our home, we will be back.

Scott Owen was very good at helping me decide what was best for size of my room and everything went smoothly after that down to ordering delivery and quality thank you all. Rita

from start to finish we had excellent service from the sales man Rob to the delivery team who were amazing as the delivery site was slightly challenging. nothing was too much trouble. love the sofa and chair

Second purchase from Annetts in Hereford, excellent level of service with knowledgeable and polite staff who never pressured to get the sale.
Delivery staff are excellent, polite, punctual and very helpful.
We have no hesitation in recommending Annetts to anyone who appreciates old school levels of service which most other stores with pushy sales staff could learn a lot from.

Excellent - from moment we entered the showroom all the way through to the delivery! Helpful and knowledgeable staff made the process enjoyable from start to finish. Local business, no pressure, competitively priced with loads of choice. We went in to get a sofa and came out with a bed instead. All items arrived earlier than expected, another bonus. Very pleased and recommend a visit.

Great experience, delivered early.
Very professional team, dedicated and courteous.
Harry was a great host.
Dan delivered today, very professional and respectful.
Definitely recommend.

Staff made us feel valued whilst we tried rise recliner, transferring from wheelchairs in the showroom was easy, nothing was too much trouble, we didn't feel rushed and all our choice options were considered.

Always great service from beginning to end. Our go to for beds and sofas. Highly recommended!

Dealt with Rob who helped me choose a new ottoman frame and mattress with great advice and no pressure. Looking forward to my delivery next week.

This company is a joy to work with. Lovely showroom and everyone we dealt with, in person or on the phone, could not have been more helpful. Great quality products and an excellent experience start to finish. Would highly recommend.

The salesman Rob spent alot of time with us explaining the different mattresses, not pushy, very pleased how we were dealt with and were kept up to date about delivery and the delivery men were very polite and friendly.

I recently bought a sofa from Annetts Furniture and wanted to say how great the service was. I was very indecisive, but Harry was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He talked me through all the options, helped me narrow down what would work, and never made me feel rushed. Highly recommend Annetts — and especially Harry — for anyone looking for friendly, expert advice.

Highly recommended! First time experience with Annetts and they absolutely did not disappoint. Fast delivery time and so helpful & friendly!
Special mention for Harry, Jason and Dan. They were all incredible. They handled everything with amazing communication. They were so careful with delivery, respectful of our home and were really informative of delivery times. So professional and a great sense of humour too! Just what was needed for us after we had experienced severe flooding in the previous days! Thank you for bringing ease and positivity.

We were shopping for a new mattress. We had some idea of what we wanted but we had a helpful explanation of the rating for soft/firm. No pressure. We left to have a think and went back a week later. We got a discount off the marked price. Delivery times explained which they stuck to. Delivery men were very good too.

From start to finish excellent service. Walked in and a polite greeting with a smile the salesman Scott hereford was so helpful & I must say very patient with me, I was a while in the store a hour or more I say. He couldn't do more for me went through all the designs & different fabrics legs etc on the sofa I liked. I ended up buying it and left very happy and sure on decision I made with loots of help from Scott. The delivery service was good and lots of contact through waiting time it came quicker than we thought. The quality is superb & had all round great experience. Highly recommend 👌 shall be shopping in store again for kitchen.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
After a terrible experience with another sofa company, we were quite nervous about starting the process again. From the moment we walked into Annetts, though, everything felt completely different — and in the best possible way!
Rob was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right sofa for our home. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Our sofa is now on order, and we honestly couldn’t be more confident or excited for it to arrive. The level of service we’ve received so far has been outstanding.
A huge thank you to Rob for restoring our faith in great customer service — you’ve been brilliant! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Annetts (and Rob in particular) to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service.
