the way antic trip secuur business…
the way antic trip secuur business seems unethical.... they offer a very good price for the flight compared to other suppliers, for the trip you want.... then , Payment fails,,,, from a card one uses all the time... by the time you get hold of someone at antic trip that flight has gone so they sort anotherone for more money than the original quote at different times and place... The information on my outward ticket was incorrect. I unexpectedley had to change airports in sao paulo , not a simple task... I would not recommend their service...

Furthermore, if the flight fare increases, it is beyond our control as it is dynamic. Regarding the extra money you paid, we informed you immediately that the same fare was not available and provided alternative options, understanding the importance of your journey.
Regarding your airport change, we had already informed you prior to making the change which you agreed on.

I would like to give them a negative…
I would like to give them a negative star if there would be any option. They are fraud, money grabbers, advertising very lucrative/false prices took the money out of your bank and called saying this was promotional it’s changed now please pay up more.
Stay away from these guys, don't fall for their trap stay away. I am filling a complaint against them.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent booking with us. We would like to clarify the situation for you:
You booked your flights with us on July 24th, making a payment of £1075.94. At that time, the flight was not confirmed, and we informed you accordingly. Upon your request, we proceeded to book a one-way ticket, which was confirmed with you at a price of £563.18.
You acknowledged and agreed to this amount, and we processed the booking immediately, sending the tickets to you within 30 minutes. Additionally, we refunded £412.05 to the card you used for the initial payment on the same day. All this information, including the refund, was provided to you in our communications.
We understand your concerns about wanting to cancel the flight later on, but as stated in the confirmation, the booking was non-refundable. Despite this, we had already acted on your initial instructions and processed the refund for the difference.
We kindly request you to check your confirmation email for all the details. If there are any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via the email through which you received your e-tickets.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

After making a first time booking ..
After making a first time booking, we ended up with chasing for the tickets which we did not find too pleasant. Needed to call multiple times for tickets. The customer care is good, they respond every time promptly but I believe they have certain things which are beyond their control. This situation will be very challenging for the families who plan their International journeys with multiple destinations in a single planned trip. Needed to make many amendments. But we are happy finally because we have got the tickets. I personally believe if they can issue tickets to the customers within a day or 2, they will definitely be good players in the market.
