The person I was dealing with his name is nick and he was honest, very understanding and kind but the one thing I didn’t like was the fact that when I had booked my ticket it was a different price online which was £879 than after they had send me a email and left me a voicemail that I need to add another £491 for mine & my daughter ticket which made me feel very frustrated but I ended up paying for and o got all the confirmation email and my E- ticket but next time don’t change the prices of times!

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM ANTICTRIP
I booked 4 flights for my family costing £3200 vis skyscanner which led me to Antictrip, so you would think its legitimate. The next day I recieved a phone call to say only one flight was confirmed and that I could not get a refund but I would have to pay another £800 to get all 4 booked, this was over 4 months ago. They finally acknowledged that they didnt have the tickets 4 days before I was due to fly out. I kept getting there is an issue with the flight, then they sent an email with a reference, but when I checked the referrence with Emirates we were not on the flight... I had to buy 4 more tickets having to pay £2k more as very much last minute. I'm still waiting for my money back, its been 5 months since I first bought the tickets and 3 weeks since they acknowledged they didnt have the tickets...
ANTIC TRIP HAVE CALLED THIS FAKE,, I can ASSURE ITS NOT, they offered me £500 of vouchers to take my review down.... PLEASE DO NOT USE ANTICTRIP

fraud company. booked ticket, waited for 48 h for confirmation, never came confirmed ticket. Requested refuhd, that waited for 15 days, never got refund. Dont use this company. Completely fraud..

Guys this antic trip is run by pukka cheaters. cheating is happening at the core. Don’t fell into their traps for attracting offers. I know their history. They don’t even have office in UK. They paid for an address and they are working some where in South Asia, you can identify with their accent, and even with phone connection they do the same. I came to know all of this is by personaly visiting the address they mentioned in their website. If someone fell in their trap, don’t be panic please go to the nearest police station, Explain the situation and get the crime report copy. The Go to your bank raise Dispute on the transaction. Produce all the necessary documents. Sure you will get your refund within short span of time. Don’t wait for the false assurance given by the antic trip bastar*s. Once again please don’t book tickets in cheap grade local websites like this antic trip garbage website. Punda mone

The worse company I have ever dealt with. promised a refund on 23rd July for 10-12 working days and since been lied over and over again by Ria, Ronny saying it will be in tomorrow etc..I have still have NOT received my refund. I urge everyone to complain to trading standards.

Not received a refund
I booked flight to travel to India and meet my son for a week who was working in the forces and had not seen for over a year. I rang 4 times the day before I was due to fly chasing my ticket as I had only received email confirmation. Each time I was told it would be sorted and receive within the hour. As I had an early flight booked the following morning, I was becoming stressed at 7pm that I still had not received my tickets by email. I rang for the 5th time and was asked if I could fly on a different date? They did not seem bothered that I had hotels and transfers booked and my son was also on his way. I was told I did not have a seat on the flight and had to book a different date. This was devastating and my husband had to take over the call. He asked the gentleman on the phone if I would be entitled to a full refund and he replied yes. My husband recorded this and we have as proof. I lost my money for the airport transfer and the 1st 2 nights hotel. Luckily I did book another flight with another company and finally managed to have 4 days instead of 7 with my son. I have sent over 40 emails and only 2 replies, still waiting for a refund!!!!! I have now decided to escalate and take legal action as they do not reply to any messages.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
The reply is untrue. I can't believe you are accusing me as a FAKE! I have now taken legal action and my solicitor has given you until 6th September to reply to me directly. I am still waiting a full refund and compensation for cancelling my flight the night before. This is disgusting and will never recommend your company. I was told by Ria weeks ago you had refunded me but never received anything in my account.

Everything went wrong because of the lies and arrogance of the employees of this agency. I booked the flight through an agent of the agency, who was not qualified to take reservations. The next day another agent called me, saying (I later found out it wasn't true) that one of the two tickets bought (for me and my underage son) had been accepted, the other was on the waiting list, and if I wanted to travel with my son, I would have to pay another £200 per person. I asked to cancel the ticket and they told me that it was not possible (then I found out through the supervisor Nancy, that in fact at the time of the request for the £ 400 the ticket had not yet been issued and could be cancelled, but the agent who called me, categorically refused to cancel the ticket (which had not yet been issued, but that I didn't know, so I was forced to pay £400 more. After paying £400 extra, Rya, who booked lunch and seat on the fly, called me and asked for 5 star feedback. I refused, as I felt robbed in the first place, as they could cancel the ticket, since it had not been issued, (and which unfortunately I had already paid). Sal my refusal to leave a positive fedback, a sequence of phone calls from Nancy and Rya began, insistently asking for positive feedback, otherwise according to Rya, they would have canceled my seats. So not only that, they robbed me, with lies, they also threatened to compromise the reservation. In all this the flight was Cuba Toronto, and they didn't even inform me, that to get on board I would have to apply for an ETA. I also risked staying in Cuba. All they were interested in was the forced ticket sale and positive feedback. selfish to the core of their lives. Be kind with yourself, stay away from this agency

The price confirmed to you was sent via email. As you mentioned, the price dropped a week later; please note that airline prices fluctuate and are beyond our control. Once tickets are issued, we cannot adjust the price or make changes, as these tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
We have even paid extra for your seating and never asked you to pay an extra single penny. And about visa in the beginning of the call we have informed you we are not dealing with visa enquiries and we have informed you to check with the concerned authority.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter. For Further inquiries, you may also check directly with the airline.
