Burscough Priory Gardens site - Reservation was an easy process to go through (complimentary biscuits and coffee were a great help whilst doing the paperwork!). We were kept up to date with the whole process throughout. Plenty of time to choose options with no pressure. House was built on time which really helped our personal schedule. Big thanks to Stephanie throughout the whole process for us, prompt email replies and regular phone updates when we needed. Having been in 6 months now, we would buy another Anwyl home for sure! Any small issues/defects were promptly revolved. Thank you to the site and office team :)

We are so happy with our new home and especially as it's fit for purpose to cater for my two sons and myself. In particular, my eldest who is disabled. We hope this is our forever home.

Martin Woods, our Assistant Site Manager, is always so professional and friendly and seems to really take pride and care in his role. He’s extremely reliable and always carries out to the letter exactly what he promises he will do. It’s very refreshing to have such quality service, which is always delivered with a smile. I feel very happy and comfortable in my new home. Sarah and Jason helped me through the buying process with kindness and infinite patience. Elliot has been absolutely great sorting out the very minor problems I have encountered in the first four weeks. The house is well designed and easy to live in. I am extremely pleased. Being Welsh myself, I am delighted to be living in a property built by a Welsh company.

We had Chris Appleton come to visit our home to repair seal Chris was so friendly and polite and respected our home , he was neat and tidy and his attention to detail is amazing such a friendly person and felt comfortable with him being in our home. Thank you so much for going out of your way.

IMPORTANT this review is for Lee Ashworth the technician, NOT for Anwyl the company , as it would be zero otherwise .
Lee came out to do a couple of jobs . As always he was courteous , clearly knows his stuff and provides exemplary customer care . Anwyl need more people like him and need to look at their technicians as the example of good customer service . Thanks Lee ....

Richard Nelson was very professional and helpful in resolving the issues I had at my property.

Lee has attended our home on a number of occasions now to fix various snags and is alway friendly and professional! Lee always finishes jobs to a high standard and we are always pleased with the results. Our dog is also always grateful for the fuss he gets too :)

We’ve had a great experience with our new build home, and a big part of that has been thanks to Faelan. From start to finish, he has been incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile with any issues or snags we’ve had. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and he has dealt with everything quickly and efficiently!

Richard Nelson came around and fixed our ensuite door. His work was quick and clean, he did a really good job on the door! He also fixed our front door a few months back and we’ve not had anymore issues since. He’s very friendly and also professional!

We had a problem with one of our door handles, and Anwyl were very quick to fix it. They’ve come to fix things at our home before and they always do a great job and are very friendly.
Richard Nelson is who came over today and he was very friendly, fixed the door handle quickly and now it’s perfect.

Richard did a great job of repainting our staircase wall and skirting after the repair that was done last week. He was friendly and took great care of our home during the work.

I have received your reply & can tell you the records are untrue…the house was not clean & the contradictions are the problem, we have photo evidence to support our claim! on key release the rep refused to list damages we photographed as said these will go onto the 4 week call report, the rep did not tell us to look inside appliances as said this is not something you normally check, the rep stated on move in the cleaners had not done a good job. Helen misguided us…trust has been compromised.

I agree with others who have moved into an Anwyl Home property & found the new build not cleaned to a quality standard…this had compromised the visual inspection on move in! the key exchange is very rushed at the Elmy Field development & I suffer with a tumour & mental health…Anwyl failed to thoroughly explain all details concerning snags & expected me to be in good form during the key release exercise to see behind the dirt & grime for damages, as well as to automatically know the rules & differences! due to my left leg paralysis I struggled to stand & fell, this caused distraction & difficulties to complete the process in that short space of time given…despite my vulnerabilities & lack of ability to comprehend, Anwyl got me to sign off the inspection…I’m extremely upset, I had paid thousands of pounds extra in upgrades, Anwyl took my money & in return gave me damaged products! since I was unsuccessful in listing these on the first day, in the first hour, but flagged each within a couple of days/weeks…I’m left with ruined items/materials! my whole life I saved to improve my living conditions…to aid my poor health! the staff/builders are accusatory & Anwyl has little respect for customers standards…evidently not a premium build!

Anwyl installed nice fridges & showers in the show house, but gave me damaged ones; wear & tear before normal aging! It’s now 4 weeks since move in, I’m sad & suicidal…anxiety attacks!
