Very quick delivery. High quality product. Only additional point I would have valued was more assistance / guidance re assembling against plaster walls. Glue did work but plaster plugs would have been helpful

Well made. Sizing exactly as specified. Easy to fit. Speedy delivery. As with virtually all timber these days there are a few knots - hopefully they won’t ooze resin as I don’t intend to paint the shelves.

I ordered 3 made to measure Shelves they arrived within two days of ordering and came exactly to the size I requested, the product is excellent and to a high quality, the customer service is outstanding I had to request an additional side baton without any problems they kindly sent me the item at no extra cost , can’t recommend this company highly enough

Absolutely fantastic service from APEX carpentry. After ordering from Roomix (a competitor) weeks and weeks ago they messed up the order (somehow delivered one shelf, missing out the other two). I searched around and came across APEX, which were offering what I needed at a similar price.

I contacted Apex beforehand around 1-2pm and spoke with Ashleigh to determine how long I would have to wait. Ashleigh listened to my concern and was not surprised by my ordeal I've faced with the other company. She went out of her way to help me out (for an issue they did not have any part in) and explained they will have my order out to me the NEXT day! This was after waiting weeks and weeks with Roomix.

I have just put up my new shelves and they are amazing, pre cut drill holes (which Roomix don't do), clear and accurate instructions and amazing quality, to top it all off, great customer service.

The only thing I regret, is not having placed my initial order for shelves with Apex in the first place.
