This has been a wild ride for me. Let's start from the beginning. I believe sometime in August of 2021 my account got suspended. I didn't know why or what was causing this suspension. Don't hesitate to contact Appeal Wizards. I spoke with Brianna initially and she took the time to listen to this matter my store had and mentioned they had experience on this matter. After deciding to use their service they jumped quickly to help me as I was under a tight time crunch to submit the POA!! I next spoke with Derek and Brianna on a scheduled call to start the process of getting my Amazon account reinstated. After speaking for around 20min, Derek and Brianna understood all the details.
