There aren't enough stars to express my deep gratitude for what Appeal Wizards has been able to do for the serious problem I was battling as an Amazon Seller. Understand that I have had issues in the past with Amazon, and have hired other consultants (i.e Riverbend, Chis McCabe - "ecommercechris," as well as a handful of "Amazon Lawyers"). My Case Manager went the extra mile to make certain that my problem was resolved. She worked diligently through the weekend to ensure that every effort would be made to restore my listing within a week's time. This, of itself, is an amazing accomplishment taking into consideration the seriousness of my dilemma. Appeal Wizards are worth every penny of the first class service they provide to their customers. I cannot recommend them enough.

From start to finish this was a great experience. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner. It was a long painful process on my own and then.... Appeal Wizards took over and made it a breeze.

Great job! I was not expecting my issue would resolve quickly. We have submitted 5 appeals to activate our ASIN however we couldn’t solve it. After working with Appeal Wizards team they solved it.Definitely recommended!

It was a lengthy process dealing with branding, but Amber was very knowledgable and knew her way around each problem. Finally reinstated!

A fantastic and dedicated team who do not quit on the process. It took a fairly long time to get my FBA account reactivated and finding the right people within Amazon took lots of effort. Amazing experience with Appealwizards, will definitely work with them again!

We got banned from selling on Amazon - used sold as new. Not possible as we only sell new product, maybe a competitor trying to shut us down. Well it did, for months. Nothing we said or sent in was good enough for Amazon and the denials came back within hours.

We hired Appeal Wizards and Edwin worked his way through the appeal, then the next, then the next - calling Amazon in-between. After a couple of months and many, many, many appeals, it all suddenly clicked and we were allowed to sell again.

In fairness, it was Edwin's tenacity of appealing over and over that finally got us an agent who actually read the appeal and allowed us back in.

Amazon sucks for sellers. Appeal Wizards / Edwin was great.
