I agree with the people that wish they could give this company a zero rating. My bake element in my oven burnt out. When the service man told me the part would be $420.00 I was flabbergasted! The oven isn't even worth that much. Such price gouging is unbelievable. I told the man to leave and considered the $90.40 ($80 plus tax) service call fee, the penalty I paid for my stupidity for calling this company without reading the reviews first. I found the part at Home Depot for under $50 and after watching a you tube video, replaced the part myself in less than 15 minutes. Never call this company. It's a ripoff!!

Stay away from this company, they like to keep you money for providing no parts and service. They go for the wrong parts they like to go for the high price items which don't fix the appliance.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. It took 1 month for them to fix my washing machine. They brought the wrong parts twice and charged me $975 to fix it. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

This company is unreliable and untrustworthy. Igor, an incompetent technician spent 5 seconds to diagnose the problem with my fridge. He said it was a great fridge with a working compressor. The problem was the starter needed to be replaced. He replaced the starter and left telling me the fridge would get cold in 6-7 hours. It never did. It is still broken. After many attempts to get him back to re-look at the problem, he came and told me the problem was the compressor!!! I called the company to get my money back and they promised to return my call. They never did after several attempts to get a hold of them including the manager/supervisor. Avoid this company!!! And avoid Igor.

I made the mistake of calling these guys to fix my dishwasher. They came out and basically scammed me out of 300 bucks for nothing. They then said it would be $500 to fix the dishwasher which I of course declined after already having been scammed the 300. I disputed the charge on my credit card and this place is fighting back - now I seem to have to take them to court to get my 300 back. We need to take this criminal operation down.

This company is only a fraudulent operation. They only exist to steal your money. They cannot fix anything and will charge you for as much as you will give them. Please don't call. They have been doing this for years, previously under the name of appliance repair guys, and apparently are getting away with stealing people's money. Read the reviews below. They stole about $300 from us, and wanted more, way more, for a "fixing" a problem that wasn't a problem. I am exploring legal recourse.

Disgusted with the level of professionalism and confidence in this company. The repairman who came for our washer machine tried scamming us by the hour when work was not even near completion at the end. was better off using youtube to fix my own machine than bother with these un-trust worthy crooks. Please do not call, save yourself time, money and most importantly stress.

I wish I had seen these reviews as well. Got scammed for the same $280 plus tax after being quoted $80 on the phone. Unbelievable that these scam artists are still in business as for my $316 I was told to just unplug the fridge.

Terrible experience
The company quotes you $80 on the phone for the technician to visit. They will not proceed to service the appliance without $360 payment (debit available). He serviced the wires on the oven and said it was fixed. When we tried it, it did not work and he quoted me another $362 for the element. When I tried the oven the next day the wires emitted a very strong burned electrical smell. The technician (Sam) also made me very uncomfortable. He arrived late, spent an hour telling me his life story and then proceeded to inquire about mine (whether I had sons in the house, etc). The entire experience was AWFUL and I still have a broken oven!!

A very bad experience today evening.
• I was served by Dan who had the knowledge but seemed to be greedy as he mentioned 3 types of services on the labour quote in few minutes of his visit without full diagnose
• As he wanted me to sign the service form with an attractive rate ($ 220 minus discounts of $ 25) considering I had to pay $ 80 for the visit, he gave an attractive quote of $ 220 minus discount of $ 25
• On inquiring, if any part was required, he said that he had done many repairs like this and no additional part will be required
• After 5 minutes he called me and said that a part of $ 65 was required before the repairs could be completed, when I showed my displeasure he insisted that full cost of $ 200 will have to he paid even if I do not buy the part and do not get the full repairs done (I have checked the part price and it is app 9 dollars)
• When I asked him what he has done for the 3 services mentioned in the labour quote, nor he was able to provide me a satisfactory answer nor able to provide me any material to prove that any work was done
• After the work was completed, the technician wanted me to pay cash or through debit card. When I told him that I wanted to pay by credit card, he said that he was not carrying credit card machine and I should have requested for payment by credit card when booking the appointment.
I will be putting all this information on the social media tomorrow as I feel that I was forced to get the repairs done at 3 different stages and the circumstances and atmosphere was created and forced upon me where I did not have any choice.
I will also be filing a complaint with the required authorities.

I really wish I had found these reviews before I requested their assistance in fixing a hood fan. Continuous promises made at the customer service level and no action in it happening. Still waiting on parts to fix the problem so I paid just shy of $400 for "repairs" on an appliance that still does not work. Please, do yourself a favour and do not get these people in your home. Save yourself the stress and the disappointment.

Not worth calling. Scammers. Was told on the phone that $80 to send a technician. Then when he showed up he quoted me $280 for repairs. However the parts were discontinued so they couldn't do repairs. Made me pay for repairs while repairs weren't made.

They do not even warrant 1 star!!! Similar to others, I wish I had read the reviews before booking them. Came and pulled out the dishwasher for a hefty $300.00, and diagnosed a problem, which I believe was fabricated, 2 days later, it broke again. When I initially called, they were very quick to send someone out to take $300, not so quick when it comes to the warranty service......! Someone was supposed to turn up in the given time slot, I even called to say no one had arrived, they told me he was running late...just never showed, then no call to apologize, I had to call them, several times, and their manager, Stephanie, was never in. Eventually she did call me back, I requested a refund, $50 was the good will gesture, and apparently Stephanie has no one senior to her, so I’m guessing she is the CEO??? I don’t understand how they are still in business! Worst service EVER!

Needed our dishwasher repaired because it wasn't draining properly for a celebration of life party. Technician came to repair it and charged us $316.00 and said machine was fixed. The machine did not work. When we contacted the company the next day, they told us they could come and fix it for another $385.00 by installing a replacement part. Why did they not do this in the first place? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW. Needless to say we told them no. They would not reimburse our money, even though they did nothing. Very disappointed

Wish I had read these reviews first. Run fast the other way. I have never been so disgusted with a repair service. They lied about their costs, attemted to charge me for every visit (I had 3 and the dishwasher is in worse shape than when I called them the first time) and made me pay up front for the last visit in Which he was supposed to install the part I had to order myself after I had complained about the service I had received up to that point.
I have never felt the need to write a review before but this experience was so horrific that I had to warn as many people as I could...I hope to find lots of places to post this. I wouldnt wish these people on anyone! Bad bad bad bad bad!
Not only were the techs USELESS, but customer service was no help in addressing my complaints. They covered for the techs and continued to pad the bill rather than help me. NEVER EVER CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! They offer on line booking but dont respond and then claim to not have any records despite sending confirmation emails. It takes a lot to get me riled up and I am extremely riled up! Do not call these people unless you enjoy being deceived and taken advantage of!

Worst repair company ever!They charged me thousands of dollars for a bad service.How they even exist!!They want you to sign a paper saying that after repair done you are by yourself only if the problem is worsened or not fix it!A total scam!!

STAY AWAY for this cheating company. Their website is faked with review but really they are fishing people to buy their service which actually doing nothing just get you 80$ and then ask 320$ to diagnose the issue. But actually the guy did not do anything.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Paid 500$ to fix our dryer which was already overpriced but granted they did come same day which was much appreciated BUT a company is only as good their customer service and while they were quick to come and take my money they are certainly not quick to come for warranty service. Correction they did send someone pretty quick the first time but that was because I called them 3x after being promised a return phone call which never came. Fast track a week later, dryer not working again, no one call me back as promised so I had to call again (3x) only to then be told the technician if off until Sunday. Anyone with kids knows that being without a dryer for even one day is a huge inconvenience let alone 5 days. But I guess sending someone else would cost as I am sure their technicians are contracted and return at their own expense. So buyer beware that if you need warranty work it will be scheduled around the availability of your initial technician which does not make for speedy warranty service. I told them they can just give me a refund in that case and I will go elsewhere only to be quickly reminded that the contract I signed indicates parts and labour are non refundable. Tip number one, never throw the word contract back in a customers' face because it the last thing we want to hear. I am completely disgusted with this company, I will say however the technician is a super nice guy and this is not directed at him whatsoever. And I have no issues paying extra for a company who delivers on customer service but not a company who rapes you with outrageous prices and then doesn't seem to understand or care about the inconvenience of not having an appliance. THE WORST!! DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OUT OF POCKET A TON OF MONEY AND STILL NOT HAVE A WORKING APPLIANCE. Our appliance was a stack-able Maytag washer/dryer. The issue was the machine was not going into the spin cycle, the reason, was the door was not locking - simple and relatively inexpensive fix - or so we were lead to believe.
After being rescheduled for over 3 weeks they FINALLY came to replace the part. ONLY they didn't. As soon as they left with reminder of the payment I decided to do a load of laundry, did I mention it was 3 weeks..the first thing I noticed as soon as I started the machine was the door yet again didn't lock. So needless to say I already didn't feel good about this and surprise, surprise since the door doesn't lock the spin will not work. So after charging nearly $600 the machine is still broken. We called them and as expected they were willing to help at a cost of yet another $600! They haven't even fixed the door issue.....PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
