I purchased an ApplianceServe Kitchen Care Plan expecting that if my appliance couldn't be repaired, it would be replaced with one of a similar specification. My original appliance was a premium Hisense French Door model with a plumbed water supply and automatic ice dispensing. ApplianceServe acknowledged that the replacement they offered did not have any of these features but maintained that it was still of "similar specification". After exhausting their complaints process, I remain disappointed that their interpretation of "similar specification" differs so significantly from what I believe most customers would reasonably expect. Very disappointing customer service.

My engineer was efficient and assured me that the problem would be resolved and it was. He is an asset to Appliance Serve. Happy that he could help.

Quick to respond to repair my washing machine.

I had my problem with my fridge freezer fixed and the repair man was very good

She was excellent at sorting out the problems which caused the faults to my washing machine, she explained to me just what she was doing to fix the machine She is excellent at her job and would highly recommend her with any customer

I phoned after my washing machine started being very loud when in spin mode. The whole process was smooth and easy from the first phone call. I was kept informed at all stages.
The Engineers turned up and were very courteous. They removed the old drum, replaced it and took the "broken" one away. No mess for me to clean up! Brilliant service

Polite and helpful on the phone to book appointment. Engineer came on time found the fault ordered the part. Then phoned and ask when he could come and fit the part. It's now fitted engineer was very polite and friendly

I reported a problem with my washing machine. I was contacted the same day with an appointment for the following day.
The engineer arrived punctually. He was friendly and helpful. He tested the machine and spent time diagnosing the problem.
Unfortunately it was not something that he could fix. It was due to low water pressure so he advised me to contact my landlord.
Very happy with the service I received.

Yanis the engineer gave a time he would be here very prompt and courteous. I’m checking the Machine (Washer) it was found that the brushes on the Washing Machine deteriorated. Yanis kindly explained everything to me and put in New brushes and now I have a working machine. Thank you, Yanis

We've been with ApplianceServe for several years now and they have given fairly good service up to now. But how long should it take to replace a battery on a Dyson? They sent me a message today to tell me the repair has been completed but I still haven't got it back yet - 2 and a half weeks after informing them of the problem. The dust on my mantelpiece is "almost" quarter of an inch thick! Very poor service this time.
