The repair was completed before the bank holiday and that was very helpful plus the engineer Paul was very professional

Issues resolved regarding cooker size and appropriate model being sent.

Bee rang me today to update me on the replacement of my tumble dryer.
She was extremely helpful. Very pleasant to talk to. And sorted the arrangements swiftly and efficiently.

Everything about this went absolutely great with the communication from the insurance company down to Terry the guy that sorted and delivered our items,he was polite,helpful and just brilliant at keeping me updated regarding sourcing the correct items and just when he would deliver them so all in all a great service from start to finish.
This was a great experience and this day and age is a refreshing change so hats off to all.

A quick response to the problem and the electrician was on time and fixed the problem quickly

My contact with Appliance Serve was a lovely bubbly lady called Chi Chi.
She had a bubbly personality and was very helpful in booking my repair. She was a joy to speak with.

Took a while because of Easter etc to sort my fridge out but when they arrived at a decision to replace it it was sorted swiftly.

They sorted out the problems really quickly, and the new dishwasher

Took one month to repair our washing machine
parts took longer than anticipated to arrive n when they did arrive the engineer came to fix more parts were needed !!!! So more waiting Why was it not checked properly the first time !
Literally a whole new washing machine was installed with new parts !!!
I phoned to share my disappointment was reassured someone will call back NO ONE CALLED BACK !!!
I shared a concern stressful time in my life due to illness…I did not need this extra stress but sadly no one cared or bothered to check in !
Had to use n pay for laundry washes …

Bee was great she listened, advised and sorted out my replacement oven with good grace and humour. It is rare to have such a smooth and pleasant interaction nowadays, making this stand out.

Technician arrived on time and did the work efficiently.

Had to call to book repairs, spoke to lovely Chi chi she was extremely helpful and ran through troubleshooting, but needed to book engineer. She was so helpful and polite, great interaction 10/10
