I had a problem with my hoover and it was straightforward to get it replaced

I have been with Zest quite a few years now and I trust them.
This latest problem was with my washing machine tripping the electric.
It was reported on Friday afternoon, but it wasnt handed over as a job. We then had to re report it again on the Monday.
We got a visit from Yanis on the Thursday exactly as notified and he fixed it quickly. He was really nice and helpful and did the job well.
Some miscommunication initially but got the job done well.

I like how we get new for old , it doesn't take long 4 someone 2 come out & look at Ur item's & if they can fix it then that's great as I like all my old stuff as I'm used 2 working them but if they can't fix it then they give u a brand new 1 so thank u xx

Patrick, the engineer, was cheerful, very effective and efficient. He got to the problem very quickly and soon sorted it out really well.
Would recommend him thoroughly.

I've been with zest for years now. They've always been brilliant when I've had problems with an appliance that's insured with them. This time, my cooker has been fixed within 3 working days of reporting it with no worries about call out fees or repair costs.

The engineer that came by was really great, quick, clean, explained it all to me and fixed the problem. Thank you!

I am honest with my reviews and so far I can't complain, I've had 2 call outs one for my tumble dryer which was fixed within days and now I'm writing this reviews halfway through a second call out which they have offered me a replacement. Bee on the phone was a top lass who got the replacement sorted, now hopefully I get it soon.

Bee was extremely polite and helpful and sorted my problem straight away.

The initial contact with Zest, my wfe was a bit frustrated with the agent she spoke to in the beginning, it took 20 minutes, but apart from that, there was no problems, and the washing machine was fixed.

Yess I thought he was brilliant, very helpful , he also explained what had to the trouble dryer and also the fridge has well , and he sorted the problem out no problem , very friendly indeed .

Excellent customer service and technical team , though take time to get parts and fix the issue but definitely get 10/10 in over all performance.

Patrick called me the day before to discuss the problem with my oven, he checked if he had the part available and arranged a time to visit the next day. Patrick arrived on time and replaced the part needed and even put me a new light in my oven. I can highly recommend Patrick and will definitely use again.
