had new boler fitted last week , the hive hub wouldnt connect so they left it until today the 5th oct, engineer turned up with a new one and all working fine now, . i must say this company deserves all the 5 stars , from beginning to end first class engineers , carl went above and beyond to get the first hive working poor bloke was here from 8 in the morning until 7 at night first class job . would highly recommend them

First class service from administration staff, representative who came on the initial visits to the fitters. I was kept informed every step of the way and types of aircon/heat pump units were explained and various prices and firing dates give. The fitters came on time and the days that were given when the agreement was made. The fitters were very polite, exceptionally careful and tidy. Everything was explained about what would go where and what its purpose is. My carpets were covered and any mess created both inside and outside was cleaned and left tidy. Help was offered to move my furniture back in place. Great company, great advice and great service. Thank you

2 replacement radiators fitted and annual service. Great experience, arrived on time, job completed satisfactory. Craig very pleasant and chatty, all rubbish removed and cleaned up debris etc.

Excellent Service, so helpful and just crack on with the task. Used their service for a few years now with boiler annual services, then a recent boiler upgrade with Alex and Julian who were spot on and a recent exchange with my poor DiY skills screwing through an important pipe, Andy he came and saved the day. So friendly. Thanks so much for all your help so far and I have signed up to your warranty service so I feel I now always have a professional plumber to hand when I need you. Because I am not a plumber and probably not a DiY expert that I thought I was. A team I trust.

Had air con fitted today by 2 great engineers who couldnt have been more friendly or professional, also mandy in the office was great, everything has gone smoothly and of course the air con is fantastic, keep up the good work aquashield

I had air con installed yesterday by aqua shield. They have been amazing. Mandie on the phone kept in touch and organised Andy to come and give me a quote. He was so helpful and provided multiple configurations i asked for. Mandie then put everything through and Alex and Julien installed it yesterday. They were excellent. Very polite and efficient and cleared everything away beautifully, they spent the time to show me the settings and how it worked and did a great job. I then had a courtesy call from Mandie again to see how it all went! Overall ive been exceedingly happy with their service and after finally having a cooler night sleep i am thrilled with the product! Cant recommend enough!

Great service from start to finish, the office staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and have helped above and beyond.
The lads arrived on time and set about their work in a neat tidy fashion again explaining any questions I had throughly, this is now the second job they have done for me and are also now looking after my installs going forward.

From the contact to fitting Aqua Shield team were fantastic. The office/sales team talked me through everything. The fitting team left our home immaculate not a sign that they had been there other than a shiny new Aircon. Very reasonable price delighted with it all.

We had 2 air conditioning units fitted and the installers were very respectful of the house and left all areas clean and tidy. The units have made such a difference to our home, making living and working more comfortable during these increasingly hot days and nights. Thank you.

We have just had our Air Conditioning installed on Wednesday and Thursday this week. The installers were fantastic and the communication was 2nd to none. Aqua Shield fitted a new boiler for me today. Excellent job , really pleased with the new boiler , arrived on time , very polite and friendly . Explained how to operate the boiler. Great price and I would definitely recommend.

Last sunday 7/06/2026 I had a problem of dripping water from my boiler, I rang the emergency telephone number at Aquasheild and they came straight away the engineer had a look and said this would be a job for the Vaillant engineer. He notified the office about the problem and Monday comes and a phone call from Vaillant came about visiting me first thing Tuesday am they turned up on time duly sorted the problem, this joint operation between Aquashield and Vaillant was absolutely excellent. Had an emergency boiler problem over bank holiday weekend aquashield sent someone out Alex he was lovely won’t go into all the details but it got sorted quickly and efficiently. I’ve used this company’s for more than 6 years great service. Thanks to Amanda in the office who was especially helpful.

Highly recommend these guys, we had a fault with our boiler and notified Aquashield. I booked in a date to have the boiler fixed and they were very meticulous in finding the fault and making sure everything was working properly. Big shout out for Craig the ( Oracle) of boilers. Great team effort including Amanda.

Outstanding company from the start. Called up as our boiler had broke, they sent someone the same day to look at it and see if they could temp repair it ( this was before we wad even a customer with these ). We then had a survey done for a new boiler and decided to go with them.

On the day Alex and Craig turned up and started immediately, answered all questions and there were alot, proffessional, respectful and amazing at there job.

All staff that we dealt with was amazing from the start, if i could give more stars i would.

Just to top it off, the price was also lower then all the other quotes we had been given.
