We are Arden Estates, an estate agency specialising solely in residential property sales. We do not have a lettings department, manage rental properties or act as landlords, which means your three-year tenancy is not with us.

We appreciate there are other property businesses with similar names, which may have caused the confusion.

We’d be very grateful if you could check the company your tenancy is with and remove this review from our Trustpilot page, as it relates to services we simply do not provide.

We hope you’re able to get the issue resolved with the correct company soon.
