We bought a home from Adren Estate agents.
From start to finish it was very professional and good communication.

Excellent service
From start to finish our experience with Arden estate agents Redditch has been superb. Every member of the team has been very helpful throughout the entire sale process. In particular Halinka, our sales progessor, was extremely helpful and she expertly helped us to navigate our move. She was always on hand to answer our queries and provide reassurance. We would highly recommend Arden.

Easy house sale!
We sold our house back in July. Pete came out to give us some information initially and did a great job of getting it on the market quickly. Pete did this alongside his colleagues who came to take excellent pictures of the property which without a doubt helped sell it quickly. Amy was our most constant point of contact and I can’t rate her highly enough. Lots of phone calls and some really good advice along the way. She’s very personable and friendly along with a few laughs really made the experience top notch. Thank you so much everyone at Arden!

What a good decision to use Arden!
I could not have been more satisfied with the service I received from Arden Estates Rubery and would recommend them wholeheartedly. From the first visit to value my property through to the day of sale I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff, with a special shout-out to the warm and wonderful Gracie and Amy, who could not have done more to progress my sale. The whole team were really enthusiastic about my house, knew the market and responded immediately to all my emails and phone calls. I am so pleased that I chose Arden to handle my sale.

Arden’s Bromsgrove have been great…
Arden’s Bromsgrove have been great throughout. From the start of the process, to all the agents who did the viewings and kept me updated and finally to Jayne Bennett, the sales progression manager, who is fantastic. I honestly couldn’t recommend Leanne at Arden’s enough. We were the middle house in a relatively simple chain but it was made frustratingly difficult due to our buyers solicitor. Leanne kept us updated, informed, and went above and beyond to get the exchange completed. I’m truly grateful for all her hard work. If you’re looking for an estate agents that really care about the clients then go with Arden’s!

Amy was absolutely brilliant
Amy was absolutely brilliant. This was a really difficult house sale of my late mothers home. Our solicitors were very slow and our buyers were desperate to move in. However, in all of this Amy and Arden Estates were truly amazing. She was professional and very helpful. I would definitely use Arden again.
