We recently sold our house in bromsgrove
We recently sold our house in Bromsgrove through Arden Estates and couldn't be happier with the service. Matt was brilliant from the initial valuation, giving us honest advice and a clear marketing plan, while Jayne kept everything moving smoothly during the sales progression with regular updates and excellent communication. Thanks to the team's hard work and expertise, our home sold for the full asking price, and the whole process was far less stressful than we expected. We chose Arden because of their reputation in the local area, and they certainly lived up to it. We'd highly recommend Arden Estates to anyone looking to sell a home in Bromsgrove.

Now that a week has passed since completion of the sale of 43, my siblings and I would like to thank you and the team at Arden, Crabbs Cross, for the enthusiastic marketing and subsequent sale of the property.
From your initial professional, polished presentation at our meeting on March 31st, the follow up phone call, and to completion on June 17th, your cheerful friendly staff have kept us informed of developments at all times, and they have been a pleasure to deal with.
When our mother went into care at the beginning of the year it was important for us to complete the sale of her house as speedily as possible.

Fantastic communication from beginning to end, really professional and friendly. Amy Woolaston in particular was fab. We had a real struggle in our chain towards the end, especially with solicitors, and it felt as though our agents were the only ones genuinely fighting our corner and getting things done. Would definitely recommend and return.

As a conveyancer I deal with a LOT of estate agents - some of them are great, some not so much. Leanne Fletcher at Arden is definitely one of the first sort. It's been a pleasure dealing with her recently on a transaction that ended up being rather more complicated than it needed to, she was very proactive and helpful throughout and managed the chain with aplomb. We had some laughs along the way too which is always good. I hope we meet again!!

What can I say ‘Arden’ estate agents have been brilliant! I knew Dominique was ‘the one’ when she came to value my property. She was extremely professional and I instantly wanted her to sell my property as I was so impressed with how she came across I knew I could trust her with my sale. She delivered everything she said she would (and a lot more!) I sold my property in record timing and it’s all thanks to Dominique and her team. Can’t fault our experience with Arden’s at all, we sold and bought our house through Arden’s and they were incredible. They were so helpful and always on hand to answer any questions I had! I would especially recommend Nina, Kelly & Katie who were amazing throughout our whole housing journey! They ensured we were kept up to date at all times and worked tirelessly to get us the correct information from solicitors or others when we needed it! 10/10 would recommend 🙌🏼

Initially
Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started.
They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price.
On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.
