Es tut ihnen immer alles Leid!

Bei arenti darf die Kamera keine Probleme haben, ansonsten redet man bei ihnen gegen die Wand. Bei jeder Mail tut ihnen alles Leid aber ein Umtausch kommt bei ihnen nicht in Frage. Die Mails ziehen sich endlos dahin. Die Kamera ist 4 Monate alt und funktioniert nicht mehr richtig.

Ik ben al van 1/1/2026 met jullie klantenservice bezig omdat mijn camera geen contact meer wil maken. Dit is nog steeds niet opgelost!! Elke keer moet ik soms tot langer dan een week wachten op reactie. Ondertussen betaal ik wel voor 4G al bijna 3 maand zonder ik het ka gebruiken!! Als je het niet kan oplossen geef me men geld terug en kom je troep maar halen. Ik ervaar totaal Geen service van jullie!!!!

Having spent the last week corresponding with the customer services department regarding a broken baby monitor screen, and finally being offered a replacement, the email address on the company web page is not longer active. I’ve attempted to email them multiple times today but every message is pinged back as unable to deliver. Have they gone out of business?

Aufwändiger Rücksendeprozess

Ich hatte das Set aus 2 Kameras, einem Monitor und einer Halterung gekauft.
Da die eigentliche Verpackung zweifach in Folie eingewickelt ist, macht es direkt schon einen minderwertigen Eindruck. Ohne die Folien sind die Kameras und das Zubehör recht ordentlich verpackt. Die Einrichtung ist problemlos. Unter diesen Umständen ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Aber: Die Umsetzung der technischen Möglichkeiten ist katastrophal.
Die Lautstärke der Schlafmusik ändert sich selbstständig, sodass ich im Flur die Schlaflieder aus dem geschlossenen Kinderzimmer höre.
Die Schlaflieder in der App und am Monitor sind unterschiedlich.
Die Lautstärke des Monitors ist auch auf der geringsten Einstellung viel zu laut. Bei jedem Husten der Kleinen erschreckt man total.
Manchmal gibt es Warnmeldungen, obwohl kein Geräusch oder Bewegung vorhanden ist.
Die Verzögerung von Kamera zu Monitor ist zu groß.
Das Babyfon ist also praktisch unbrauchbar.

Dann kam der Rücksendeprozess:
Dazu gibt es in den AGB auf der Homepage ein detaillierte Anleitung. Unter anderem sollen etliche Fotos mit dem Antrag eingereicht werden. Das habe ich auch direkt in der ersten Mail getan. In jeder Antwortmail wurde ich wieder um die Bilder gebeten. Insgesamt habe ich ab dem ersten Kontakt fünf Mal die gleichen Bilder geschickt, bis sie sich offensichtlich jemand mit Verstand angeschaut hat. Zu der Halterung hieß es, dass ausgepackte Ware nicht zurückgegeben werden kann. Erst nach mehrfachem Verweis auf das Recht zur Rückgabe laut BGB wurde auch die Rücksendung der Halterung genehmigt.

Der gesamte Rücksendeprozess hat drei Wochen gedauert. Immerhin ist die Rücksendeadresse in Deutschland und kostet somit nur 7€.

Katastrophe

Haben das Produkt (Set bestehend aus 2 Kameras und 1 Monitor) im Mai 2024 gekauft und seitdem ist der Monitor bereits 6 mal kaputt gegangen. Es gibt kein Entgegenkommen der Firma, werden lediglich immer nur mit einer Entschuldigung vertröstet. Jeder Monitor den wir neu erhalten haben ist innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit erneut kaputt gegangen. Kann die Marke absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

Assistenza post vendita scomparsa!!

Ho diverse telecamere da esterno con cui non ho avuto alcun problema. Con una telecamera campanello da esterno montata due mesi fa non funziona più il ricevitore suoneria interno casa, ne la ricarica che non si completa. Il sevizio assistenza dopo due pronte indicazioni risulta scomparso! Unico mezzo sarebbe la mail ma non rispondono più. Una delle ultime indicazioni era che la telecamera potrebbe aver preso acqua o umidità. Ma se è da esterno e funge da citofono? Non sappiamo che fare e che pensare...

Kundenservice nicht vorhanden

Ich kann die guten Bewertung bzgl Service überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bekomme schon seit Monaten keinerlei Rückmeldung auf meine Reklamation. Unser Monitor vom babyphone lädt nicht mehr. Wir nutzen das babyphone jetzt noch zur not mit der App, würden dieses babyphone aber auf kejne Fall mehr weiter empfehlen.

If you're thinking of getting one of…

If you're thinking of getting one of these Arenti solar powered security cameras don't bother.
They only charge during the summer.
In the winter time when you don't have as much daylight and sun the camera doesn't charge.
So I've paid £110 for a solar powered camera that I can only use during the summer.
I've got to constantly manually charge it myself during the winter.
They don't tell you this though on the instructions.
So if your thinking of buying on.
Then DON'T.

Poor monitor screens! Beware

We’ve had this monitor for two years. The first monitor screen went black and wouldn’t turn on after 3 months. The company did replace free of charge. Since then the replacement monitors outer case buckled and bowed and wouldn’t work. The company said we had to replace ourselves which we did and paid for. The third monitor is now doing the same thing - no doubt it’ll stop working any day now!
Do not buy!

J’ai acheté une caméra de cette marque…

J’ai acheté une caméra de cette marque avec le nanny care. Le nanny care est top! En revanche grosse déception pour la caméra elle ne fonctionne qu’une fois sur 10, le 3/4 du temps elle ne capte pas et donc impossible à utiliser.. j’ai du en racheter une qui fonctionne parfaitement ! Je ne recommande pas

Ein riesengroßes Lob an den Support!

Wir haben ein Babyfon mit zwei Kameras, bei dem nach über zwei Jahren der Monitor durch den Akku defekt wurde. Nachdem ich den Support kontaktiert und ein paar Informationen übermittelt hatte, wurde uns ohne jede Diskussion ein neuer Monitor zugeschickt.

Das ist wirklich außergewöhnlicher Kundenservice – ein ganz großes Lob dafür!
Ich würde noch mehr Sterne vergeben, wenn das möglich wäre.
An diesem Beispiel können sich viele andere Firmen eine dicke Scheibe abschneiden!

Rubbish

These are rubbish set up is a joke for an outdoor camera you have to scan a qr code the camera just refuses to see it .
Go with a proper brand ring or something like that ..
These are just so frustrating they will probably reply saying make sure your connected to 2.4 ghz connection yeah done that camera is a waste of time

Extremely Disappointing Product and Customer Service

We purchased the Arenti 2.5K Smart WiFi Baby Monitor just over two years ago, and unfortunately, our experience has been deeply disappointing. After the first 12 months, the monitor screen completely stopped working. To their credit, the company replaced the screen under warranty at that time. However, the exact same issue occurred again after another 12 months — clearly indicating a recurring fault in the product’s design or manufacturing quality.

When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the warranty had expired and was advised simply to purchase another monitor. I expressed my disappointment, explaining that a product at this price point should have far greater longevity and reliability. Their only response was, “We understand how you feel,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful.

We are now left with a functioning camera but a completely unusable monitor — essentially rendering the product worthless. Rather than standing behind their products, Arenti’s solution was to offer a few months of free cloud storage as “compensation,” which does little to address the core issue of poor product durability and inadequate aftercare.

It’s clear that Arenti products are not built to last, and the company provides minimal support once the warranty expires. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from Arenti. They take your money and, when things inevitably go wrong, leave you without meaningful recourse or assistance. We will not be buying from them again.

Poor cameras, even worse customer service

Had a couple of their cameras including 2 PTZ ones that stopped panning after a couple of months, one was replaced after a load of hassle even though it was bought on Amazon. Second one I’ve had to give up on as they expect the customer to pay return postage and then claim it back by sending all your bank details?!
Stupid requests to use the broken camera to film your mobile phone screen trying to make the camera move, asked for the serial number several times and basically idiotic with their replies. Offered a £5 voucher to keep the broken camera!!! They even said the whole of the UK team was ‘on holiday’ which turns out to be one guy. Absolutely laughable customer service.

Mangelfuld app og kundeservice

Deres kameraer har desværre problemer med at registere bevægelser, selv indenfor på nært hold.

Jeg har været i dialog med dem og sendt dem videoer af problemet, som de selv har beskrevet som mangelfuld.

Det er desuden meget omstændigt at sætte alarmer til og fra i appen. Det tager vel 20-30 sek. pr. kamera.

De svarer desværre ikke længere på mails. Skidt.

I bought 2 cameras from them

I bought 2 cameras from them, it did not specify that it won't work with 5g wifi. As I tried it realized they won't work. I spend almost 2 week to reach them as their phone won't work and on email was horrible. They said to send them back for my money return and on my pocket. I just spend 76 dollars to send them back. This wouldn't have happened if they specify that it won't work with my type of wifi. I lost money and time. It is not worth it!
