Ich habe das Babyphone schon bestellt als meine kleine noch im Bauch war... Das erste Jahr sogar länger hab ich es nicht gebraucht da die kleine immer in meiner Nähe war. Dann hab ich es hin und wieder Mal angemacht aber iwie war das Signal immer unterbrochen und ich dachte ich bin zu blöd dafür... Hab es dann mit der App verbunden, weil es mit dem Bildschirm der dabei ist nicht funktioniert hat... Letztendlich sind es jetzt über 2 Jahre vergangen und brauche es häufiger. Weil es mit dem Bildschirm nie klappt und ständig pieps weil kein Signal, hab ich wieder Mal mit der App versucht. Manchmal klappt es aber überwiegend nicht. Habe extra sogar einen WLAN Router geholt weil ich dachte, es liegt am Hotspot vom Handy ... Es zeigt sogar online an aber verbindet nicht. Es ärgert mich so krass, war so viel Geld und einfach futsch . Wenn es funktionieren würde, wäre ich total damit zufrieden aber so ist es wirklich blöd. Muss häufiger in den Garten zum Blumen gießen etc und da wäre es schon wichtig, dass es einwandfrei funktioniert, denn mein Garten ist gegenüber vom Haus über die Hauptstraße ...da würde ich es nicht mitbekommen, wenn meine kleine wach wird... Garantie hab ich ja leider keine mehr.. würde es mir nicht mehr kaufen wegen der Verbindung ansonsten wäre die Kamera super

Prodotto eccellente, ho un baby monitor ormai da diverso tempo e la qualità del prodotto è davvero ottima .
Ottima anche l'assistenza, lo schermo ha avuto un problema dopo circa un anno dall'acquisto ed in tempi record mi è stato spedito un nuovo monitor , senza alcun costo e senza dover rispedire il monitor malfunzionante.

L'impressione del servizio post vendita e dell'assistenza che ho percepito .. è lo stesso di quello di una nota casa di telefonia americana che offriva qualche anno fa (oggi purtroppo non più così)

Ich benutze mehrer Arentikameras in unterschiedlichen Objekten. Bin mit der Nutzung, Qualität, Menueführung sehr zufrieden.
Eine Kamera machte mir etwas Sorgen. Habe Arenti angeschrieben, die Seriennummer angegeben und bekam eine Stunde später den DPD - Link meiner Ersatzlieferung. Top, mehr geht nicht.

Ein super tolles Babyphone, die Bildqualität ist Mega die Verzögerung ist vollkommen in Ordnung und die Reichweite ist bei diesen Phone ein absolutes Must have vom ersten Stock bis runter in den Garten ca. 15 Meter und der Empfang ist erste klasse 👍🏼 wir haben einige ausprobiert die eine weite Reichweite versprochen haben und immer war der Empfang weg. Also wer eine weite RW braucht ist bei Arenti genau richtig ✅

Ein Stern Abzug gibt es leider, da die Bild in Bild Funktion leider nur in Amerika geht und in Deutschland nur wenn man ein YouTube oder Music Abo abschließt.
Vielleicht könnte man das beim nächsten Update ändern 👍🏼
Dann wäre sie zu 100% perfekt 👌

Ho il baby monitor ARENTI e la videocamera per esterni e devo dire che entrambi gli articoli sono fantastici. Sono arrivati ​​molto velocemente (in meno di una settimana) e sono di buona qualità. Le scatole e i prodotti hanno un bell'aspetto e possono essere un regalo perfetto. Ci piace usarli e lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque.

Das Babyphone gefällt uns sehr gut. Dadurch das es 2 Kameras hat, kann eine Kamera auch für unsere Katzen verwendet werden.
Die Auflösung auf dem Bildschirm ist auch super.

Happy about the products itself (a fixed and motorised indoor cameras). But the cloud storage service is extremely expensive and there is no way to use a personal cloud. The translation of the app is not very well done but the thing that bothers me most is that the company is falsely claimed to be from Netherlands while from the networking labels I can clearly see that the cameras are from China. I am not sure if the security and confidentiality of the video capture is guaranteed. I looked especially for an European company for this kind of product so finding out that is not true was not nice.

Same as someone else - I’m trying to get an app help… And I get a voice message that says no agents are available and it just hangs up on me. Doesn’t even allow me to leave a message. The last guy that posted a similar message, they responded back with the same phone number. That’s kind of like a slap in the face. I have two cameras that help monitor my father in Florida and I was looking for a system for my house for my pets and my porches, etc. I will never consider them without the ability to reach an agent at any point in time. Horrible

I have the OP1 security camera and I love it, the resolution and the night vision is so clear and bright, the features on this camera are wonderful and the setup was pretty easy. I like that you do not need to pay a monthly fee unless you want to which I don;t as we can monitor the unit ourselves. The motion light on it is great as it detects any movements in the yard The app is so easy to setup and use, would highly recommend this camera, great price and amazing quality
