I ordered this garland on 11/17/24. Today is 12/21/24. Still have not received the item. I'm going to pursue this with my credit card company for a refund

Ordered a month ago some translation earbuds.
Tracking is all over the place.
Still waiting for them to arrive. Ordered other items from the U.S and arrived in a week and a half.
Hoping they eventually arrive but not holding my breath!

Like all other reviews, I ordered a Christmas garland on November 10th. I received a message that it was coming from Italy, then it was in China, then it was held up at a logistic facility in the US.
The company doesn't respond to emails and to top it off they overcharged me for the garland. Needless to say I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Total scam store. Never received my Garland from “Sweden” after a month and even after they said it was delivered. If you read below it’s the same story but different country of origin.

Upon closer reading, I also suspect the 4 and 5 star reviews here are fake. I came here first before ordering, but was fooled by the reviews and open mindedness around men and eye-concealer.

Order the Christmas garland. I have yet to receive - it’s been a month. Multiple attempts- being told it will be “resent”. Refused to provide a refund. Tracking states. Italy or stick in customs.
DO NOT buy . I reported to my credit card - company is a fraud.

Total scam. I bought garland in early November. The shipment originated in Hungary. It’s been sitting at a US facility for over a week.

COMPLETE SCAM. I ordered garland on Nov 16. Got it today - NOTHING like what I was supposed to get!
It is CHEAP PLASTIC CRAP. I was also charged more, AND it shipped from a completely different company (Keathers Foeeys). Charge appeared as RCAEY. Shipped from Chicago.
Lesson learned - DON'T BUY ANYTHING Advertised on FB. I thought I did my due dilegence before I purchased, but not good enough.
Now trying to work with CC Company. Cannot find an address to return items to. Company names are all over the place.

Pretty sure I’m not getting the garland I ordered a month ago. No response from company. Tracking link is very vague. DO NOT order from this site!!!!

Ordered the new 4-in-1 phone charger in November they keep telling me there's problems with shipping but are refusing to refund my money horrible horrible company

Just like other reviews. I placed my order on November 15 for garlands. First red flag, my credit card was charged for more than the amount. After multiple attempts at contacting them, they finally responded and credited me back the difference. Tracking shows the order was processed and shipped from Finland. It’s now mid December and the tracking updates make no sense! Doubtful I will receive my garland before Christmas at this point. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. There is no reason shipping should take over a month and if so they should be upfront about it and set proper expectations!

Absolute scam. Ordered the garland in mid November. Originated in France traveled through France for two weeks and then cleared customs to US. Said it made it thorough Customs and now I get an update it's coming from China after being cleared from us customs??? I've read they create fake tracking # that you can't verify and no responses from "Arisefrom.com".
I canceled on my credit card. DO NOT order from this company. Total fraud...

I would give no stars. I ordered the Christmas Garland on Nov. 10th. It is coming from Hungry. It is now in the US but doesn't say what P.O. it's at. This company is a scam. Beware! Do not purchase from them. Shame on me dor not checking them out first.

I ordered a translator and paid extra to expedite it.
The tracking id rubbish. It’s coming from the US. Now Australian customs have knocked it back so they are changing the packing????

Garland Order placed in mid November and originating from Italy??? Yeah, right! I complained through customer service and got a lame excuse about logistics taking longer! I am contacting my credit card today and reporting as fraudulent!

I recently tried this concealer with included microblading eyebrow pencil. The shipping took about three weeks, which was longer than I expected. Product works decently, though more shade options would benefit diverse users. Faster delivery would really enhance the experience overall.

Do not order from this company. I ordered Christmas garland 11/20.
Tracking says it’s in Finland as of 12/3!! Ugh!

Same experience… ordered the lovely Christmas garland like everyone else who has commented. Apparently my order originated in Sweden???

“Arrived Shipping Partner Facility in the United States” is what I see from this tracking number provided… has been at the “shipping partner” since Dec 2nd. I ordered the second week of November… Shame on me for not doing my homework to inquire about company before ordering!! If I haven’t received by Friday will contact my bank/card to cancel/refund and report company as fraudulent.

Order garland from this company, paid and now getting tracking info from Italy.
Like the other reviews, don’t think it will arrive by Christmas. Order placed third week in November, and is still Italy

Another IG SCAM, Don’t order!!
Ordered a Xmas garland. The tracking number is fake. Apparently it’s coming from Portugal which is a news to next, others mentioned their order coming from Italy. According to others the order will never come.

Not sure if I’ll ever see my holiday garland. It is supposedly coming from Italy! I would not have order if I had known this. I have received “tracking” information, but the link doesn't work yet. No matter, i will not receive the garland in time to use this year.
