One star is one too many. I ordered a shirt as a gift and after weeks of not receiving an update or a shipping confirmation, I dug around their website and found the customer support email. They apologized for the delay, stated that they had asked their shipping department to prioritize my order and asked me to be patient. Fine, fair enough, stuff happens. So a few more weeks go by, still no shipping confirmation or update. So I reached back out and this was their response:

We are so sorry for what happened.
As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.
What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither.

In this case, we have two solutions for you:
1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
(And please give us your correct and complete shipping address if you choose solution 1. )

So, full refund isn't an option. I'd essentially have to pay for this product a second time no matter the option chosen. Terrible business ethics. I told them to keep my money as an early Christmas gift and wished them luck on their business.

Over one month and still waiting. When and IF I receive the package I will change the rating. What an utter garbage and scam.

The shirts are crappy quality and dont have sizes I ordered above my size and neither of them also fit a black transfer on a black shirt is ridiculous

I had to choose a 1 start but I would take that back. This is nothing but a ripoff. I never received any order. They are not in my opinion going to give me a refund due to the ongoing emails I’m having to write to demand a refund.

Complete trash that can’t fit anyone and they don’t mind. They respond promptly and VERY courteously to email and offer a teeny tiny refund. It looks like pictured suits but it’s easily 12” too short for any body. I had to wear underwear to take the picture of how the XXL didn’t reach my breasts, I could only force a strap over 1 shoulder and it was so narrow in front under the skirt that it was x rated. It would require fabric from 2 or more suits to assemble 1 that fit.

I ordered 6 cube packages in cases... yes they needed some time (about 4 weeks) to get to me but the product is without any damage and in very good condition. I would order there again - but keep in mind that it will take some time.. Greetings from Switzerland.

I made the mistake of ordering off this site before checking the reviews. I bought 3 things stating it was in canadian price. Well it wasn't, it was in USD. However, they still over charged me. I sent them an email saying I want to cancel my order because of the reviews about the site and also the fact that they overcharged me. They told me to think about my purchase and I will be happy. They adjusted the price so I seen a pending charge from 88 dollars to 67 dollars. I emailed back, and asked for a refund I no longer want the items. I was told it is to late. I asked for a refund as soon as I made the purchase. Its only been 24hrs.
I contacted google pay as it was an option to use to buy off there scummy site and also called the bank to cancel my card..

Ordered a swim suit, it came made for someone 4 feet tall. They offered me a $3 refund. Do.Not.Order from this company

Was given the run around that bc of new customs from abroad travel time is longer. I was given shipping tracking info and package was somewhere in NC. They said package was lost they would send new package. After waiting for new tracking info. Tracking stopped in GA. I sent them numerous emails stating i just wanted a refund. They kept giving the run around and for me to be patient. I went thru PayPal to file a complaint, after PayPal reviewed case, PayPal said case was closed bc the company stated package was delivered!!! I am so mad this company is horrible and liars. DO NOT ORDER From this company. Lesson learned out $43 dollars!!!

This company is terrible please don’t deal with them, they make cheap products and then turn around and say it’s the customers fault for missing and damaged products…. Please give me my money back yall are frauds

Ordered flowers in April. Still have not received. Says they were delivered. However, ring doorbell and security cameras proved otherwise. Requested refund or replacement multiple times, to no avail.

Being honest here. When you order something you expect to get it in a reasonable time frame. I am still waiting on my order and keep getting the runaround from customer service. I won't be ordering anything else. It has been 2 months since I ordered flowers and they won't refund my money. LESSON LEARNED!

I bought three sets of magnetic sensory fidget balls in different colours. After purchasing, I was a little nervous because of the negative reviews and complaints I read about this store/company. But they sent regular communication about my order along with a tracking number and the package arrived as expected without any problems. The magnets are neatly held in sturdy little zipper cases which is handy.

I wouldn’t have gave it a star at all, but it made me give at least one to proceed with my review. They’re absolutely terrible. I placed an order on April 14, 2025 and today is June 9, 2025 and I’ve received nothing and they refused my refund request. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Ordered artificial flowers almost two months ago. Replied to inquiries are generic AI responses. Wasted that $ since I’m sure I’ll never see the product I ordered.

This is a SCAM! I waited THREE months to get these flowers they are nothing that was advertised. They look like cheap dollar store flowers and smell like chemicals. I ordered twelve bundles and it showed up in one small package. The individuals that advertise these flowers U.S. side should be ashamed of themselves!

I ordered the flowers and they less than half the size shown and are definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
The flowers look cheap are a fraction of the size pictured and are definetly not worth the money.

COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I ordered artificial flowers and they haven’t arrived (going on 3 months). AI generated customer service with scam responses. I keep requesting refund and the same generic response asking me to be “kind & patient” and their “anxiety about my order”. Its a scam.

I order flowers from as advertised and the flowers are not what was in the package I received. I order 12 bundles of mixed flowers and received one bundle. I am very disappointed after it took over 6 weeks to get! Such a scam!
