Don't buy from this people, they're scammers.

It's been over a month and still hasn't arrived. They send you fake updates and the tracking number doesn't exist. You can never speak to anyone and they email you telling you to be patient. I then got a email stating they have made a mistake and it's now coming from China yet again fake updates. I ended up getting my money back with a visa dispute. Stay away as I stupidly got scammed. Stay far away from these ar**holes.

Received the product after waiting over a month for delivery. Was not the product I ordered and the color was wrong. My complection is fair and I was sent a dark color. It appears to be a knock-off product. Would have given 0 stars but it won't let me do that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Their solution, provide a $5 refund for $41 in product that is useless to me. They sent me foundation for a dark skin tone and I am a light skin tone, I cannot use the product at all. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost, in fact RUN if you come across them.

I was sent the incorrect color and they indicated they filled the order correctly even though I sent them my original order where it clearly shows the color! They're refusing to send me my correct order and are offering that I send it back to China at my own cost!!!! The company is a total scam!

They sent the wrong product. When i asked them to fix it, began a haggling war to get either the correct order or my money back. So far theyve offered me $5, $7 and $9 dollars back on a 30$ order that took 3 weeks to get here and was incorrect

I ordered an eyebrow pen and was sent a complexion perfector with brush. When I contacted them to let them know about the mistake, they requested pictures of what I received, which I sent. They said "their warehouse verified that the correct products were shipped" and they offered me a $2 rebate on a $40 purchase. When I told them their warehouse was wrong they just simply came back with "we're sorry you're not happy with the product" and offered me a $5 refund.

Placed an order with depictoanw.com and never did receive the product. They have tracking that says it was delivered to a lock box in my town. There are no lock boxes in my town. Tried to file a complaint with Paypal and they say it was delivered. There was NO recourse to get my money back even from my payment folks. They actually gave me 2 different tracking numbers that started in China and ended at my Lock Box. (which there is NO lock box) and all the tracking info was different except the start location and the end location. E-mailed them many times and you get a AI response. Then a response about the tariffs going into effect and could be causing a hold up. This was an order placed in the beginning of May and it says it was delivered the end of June. YIKES I have never had such a bad experience.

Maybe send the product!! Instead all I gei is track order and it sits in the same spot for 2weeks. I want a refund!!

I’ve waited on my order for months .Wrote them several times even presented my form of not having my order delivered and they keep insisting they sent my order . On the day it said delivered to my mailbox I checked cameras NO MAILTRUCK IN SIGHT . ZERO STARS!!!!! Scammers, selling counterfeit products posing as a legit company. I ordered WESTMORE products. They hijacked my order and sent me counterfeit products from China. I immediately threw them in the garbage. When I contacted them, they offered me a THREE DOLLAR refund for a $34.64 purchase. Many others have been scammed by this company. Be careful ordering online!!!!!!

I ordered the self tanner blemish cover in April 2025 and as of today July 7, 2025, I never received my order. They claim it was delivered but it wasn’t and they said if I want a refund I have to pay for the S&H and the cost of it being shipped to another warehouse. Scammers!!!

Don’t purchase the product. Scam, order product over month ago, still haven’t received it. The company doesn’t want to refund me, I don’t even have the product. Be aware don’t purchase.

. They used the Westmore commercial to sell a fake product. When the product was received it was the totally wrong color and included the wrong brush. I contacted them and they apologized and offered a $3 compensation. There was a bunch of emails back and forth but no attempt to make it right. This is not a reputable company they are taking people's hard earned money.

They have Chinese scammers like Unhyy Tech Co.Ltd selling in this site. They stole pictures from Westmore beauty and sent orange paint and a 50 cent brush. And Depictoanw won’t respond. STAY AWAY.

Got scammed again! The item pictured was for Westmore tanning crème and the big fluffy brush. After three week wait, what arrived is NOT what they advertised. Rip-off! Similar packaging, tiny brush. Buyer beware. It’s a switch and bait company - so not good. I even screenshot their ad to double check and it is clearly an intention rip-off.

Buyer beware. Do not purchase from this company. They sell absolute garbage, and forget about getting a refund. I might as well have thrown 40$ in the trash. They will not respond to you trying to get a refund or to return the product.
They have no phone number. They completely ignored me wanting to return their crappy product. Be careful because if you don’t like what you order, you are going to eat it!

Product has a decent design thats fairly easy to apply and looks pretty natural once put on. Shipping took around three weeks, longer than expected, but arrived safely packaged. Overall experience is fine, though quicker delivery would definitely be preferred. Quality and convenience were satisfactory, but not exceptional.
