Zero stars. Same as everyone else. Two different countries they are being shipped from, Italy and China. This is a scam for sure. Then when you comment on social media to warn others, they block you. Don’t buy from them and they should be blocked.

Ordered April 12th and have received NOTHING! This company must be fraudulent and I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. It’s May 25th and not one word from them.

VERY dissapointed. Ordered the flowers on 4/12/25 and product is still not here. Its been in Fairbanks for 2 weeks. TOTALLY unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered Doll10 foundation in MEDIUM. It took 3 full weeks to receive. They sent me the wrong shade. They sent Deep instead of Medium. I sent a picture of my order showing I ordered Medium and a pic of the Deep shade they sent. Clearly showing they sent wrong shade. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL. They keep requesting me to send a pic of the problem. What?? Are they that dumb. I will now have to contact whoever I can to report they are a scam!!

I ordered UV resistant artificial flowers April 11th and still have not received. They send lots of tracking info but none of it is legit. Product was supposedly coming from Austria and was in Iowa City on May 10. Two weeks later it is now in China. Company will not refund me or cancel order and now says they gave me wrong tracking info 6 weeks ago. Do not order from them!!!

I also ordered the artificial flowers almost a month ago. They actually sent me 2 different tracking numbers. One was from Ireland and the other was from Hong Kong. Anytime I enquire about what is going on I just get a canned message saying that they have asked the shipper to expedite the order. I am so tired of all these overseas scam companies. No more ordering off of Facebook.

If I could have used a big 0 stars, I would have. I stopped receiving tracking info on May 8, 2025. I ordered these artificial flowers over a month ago. They have not responded to my email yet, and I’m assuming after reading these reviews, I will not. I was duped yet again. When will I ever learn.

I'm having the same experience. They said my order was coming from Italy. I ordered April 10th, and it's now May 22nd, and no flowers. The tracking shows in the US on May 9th, almost two weeks ago, with no updates since. Clearly this company is a scam, and I will be reporting them. Awful to lose our hard-earned money like this!

Ordered flowers 1 month ago. Tracking stopped on May 13,2025. They came from Ireland. There were 2 responses then nothing. Now they refuse to respond. DO NOT order from this company! I wish I also saw these reviews before I ordered. Very disappointing.
Update- Received flowers today. 2 months after ordering. Contacted company, they were responsive and sent out an additional order due to no movement on the first order. Very disappointed in the product for the cost. I could have gone to Dollar Tree and bought nicer flowers.

Total scam. Over a month with no product delivered. Supposedly started in the UK. Now it's been in Lawrence, KS for 2 weeks?
I was also overcharged by $8.33 on PayPal.

These two jumper dresses are the poorest quality and worst fit ever. They are basically shirts, not dresses, and they claim to have bra support but there is none. I've been trying to return for refund for quite some time with no reply from the company. Also, they charged me $86 for a $60 order. Absolute scam.

I placed my order on April 12, 2025. On May 11, 2025, the tracking system indicated that my order was finally with a US shipping company in South Carolina. The tracker never updated after that. I emailed the Arisefrom which stated they could now longer find tracking information. Their website does not even show my order number any longer.

Two days ago, the company emailed me back to state they have resent my order; however, they did not supply me with any new order or tracking number.

I am going to contact my credit card company to report this fraud.

I should have read the reviews! DON'T buy anything from this company! It's been well over a month and still no package! Even though the package tracking shows in NC. Which is strange as well, coming from customs. I have demanded my order cancelled and money refunded, but that seems to be a joke. No response.

BEWARE this is a total scam. These people take your money and then your shipment is somewhere in transit forever. I placed an order over a month ago and have emailed them numerous times only to get the run-a-round. They have sent me a tracking link that I CAN NOT open. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They also said they sent another shipment even though I did not request it. I requested a refund, and they have ignored my request.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered because I am having the same issues. Over a month and no product!! Says it's coming from Spain, but their website has USA all over it which is obviously a lie! SO disappointing! I am not ordering ANYTHING I see on Instagram anymore! It's all a scam!

First of all, the item took 4 weeks to arrive. I ordered in April 13,2025. It arrived May12, 2025 and when I opened the bag I realized it was a Small. I would never have ordered that size. When I reached out to them and told them that it had to be an error on their part because I would not have ordered that size, they asked that I send a picture of the label that was on the bag that had the SKU QR code. So I did. They emailed me and said, "upon inspection by our warehouse, the item dispatched to you aligns with your original order." They then asked if I would consider "transferring it to another individual" and "We propose compensation in the amount of 3US dollar. Will that be acceptable?" The shirt was $23.98 and they offered me $3. Please don't waste your time and/or money on the company.

BEWARE!! Scam! Ordered those fake flowers many months ago and they keep responding with the same canned response. It’s a scam! Don’t ever order from them!

Buyer beware!! This is a scam. Do not buy anything from arise from.com. I can’t believe these people can actually getting away with stealing customer’s money. I am shocked at how many people have had this same exact experience. I ordered these artificial flowers over a month ago. They “update the travking” every 3 days but it’s all bogus. I’ve sent two emails demanding my money back. Nothing!! I am furious.

DO NOT order from this company. I spent $94 and never received a thing. Total Chinese scam company. It’s been over 3 months and now they won’t respond to any of my emails. Tracking numbers were all bogus.
