My husband got granted a CCJ to the wrong address without us knowing leading us to finding out whilst proceeding through the mortgage process. We was obviously devastated and reached out to ARK CMCS they were incredibly quick and got it dealt with with if 2 months! They were beyond patient with my constant worries and phone calls and were so incredibly grateful for them!

Surprisingly it wasn't a scam!😀
I won't lie, I thought it was a scam. As it was reasonably priced I was willing to risk the money. The value of removing my only ccj is the difference between getting and not getting another mortgage. Turns out they're the real deal. While I had to remind them to chase, they got the claimant to set aside the order.
It was a parking ticket that they got settled. I had already paid but they helped me get it agreed to be removed completely.

Just got my CCJ removed from my credit…
Just got my CCJ removed from my credit rating. Very good service, very well priced as well (some charge double that). I had only one issue with the person on the payment line in court, lady said that I must send some additional forms, but it wasn’t true. I have re-sent the email again and call to make a payment again, stating the amount and what it is for, reassuring lady that I sent all necessary paperwork, and after around 4 weeks I received the letter that my application was approved. It took another week or so to get CCJ removed from my credit report. Highly recommended, those positive reviews are really earned - Thank you very much!
