Back in March I found a CCJ against my name during a credit check when applying for a mortgage. Looking for someone who specialise in removal of CCJ and not having found a bad review i contacted Ark CMCS who swifly responded with a phone call and explain the process and say I have a case. All questions were answered open and honeslty and it reassured me that there was a way as to have this removed.

I did have to do some chasing (not with Ark) and file a formal complaint to the courts to have the consent order looked at, after 4 long months the CCJ has now been set aside.
Thank you Ark for assisting with this matter I was very upset about the situation but Ark reassured me I have a case and I am able to have the CCJ removed.

My only criticism is from the initial enquiry. I feel they call you too much. I work full hours and have very limited access to my phone. Every day I had 4 missed calls. Almost felt like a sales tactic. I was made aware that it was a time sensitive issue and CCJ removals need to be sorted earlier rather than later however every day on different numbers, with following text messages whist deciding what route to go down. Was a bit too much for me.
