I cannot thank ARK CMCS enough!
I moved house during which letters were lost, causing me severe legal issues.
They took the time to explain to me what I had to do to prevent further financial litigation. Not only friendly, informative but also so reassuring. They also didn’t charge me for the consultation as they were able to guide me through the work that needed to be done. Amazing! Cannot recommend enough.

I had found that I had a ccj on my credit file. ¡ was told that this was be costly to remove as i had been over nearly three years.

I searched the net and after speaking with numerous litigation firms, standard fees with attached fees for additional work, I nearly gave up hope as I was quoted ridiculous high prices.

A friend recommended ARK Cmcs, One fixed comfotable price was quoted and they got to work immediately.

After looking over the particulars of my case, they found my that my Ccj had been sevred incorrectly and after corespending this to the Claimant and negotiating back and forth the leagaltis. Eventually the Claimant then really agreed to not only submit my case back to court themselves and even pick up the court costs.
The whole process has taken a bit of time ARK CMCS TEAM NEVER GAVE UP ON MY CASE!,

RESULT !, I am PLEASE to say my Ccj has now been removed from my credit file and my financial life has been restored.

I am a professional and had a hefty divorce and the CCJ was done against me when I was not residing in the house. Excellent. Fast. Effective. CCJ is being set aside as we speak. Reza from ARK CMCS, communicated everything clearly and corresponded with the claimant's solicitors negotiating the removal of CCJ. This step took about a week which was good. If i need to, I will definitely choose them again.

I can't recommend ARK CMCS enough for how they've helped me - incredible service in what I thought was a dead end situation. When a CCJ showed up on my credit report attached to a previous address, and I had no idea where it had come from, I thought it was game over. Reza was fantastic and talked me through each step to resolution in a free, no obligation phone consultation. Within 24 hours of the initial call, they had received a signed Consent Order from the claimant to remove the CCJ entirely, and even managed to get a 70% reduction to the fine I owed.

I now have to wait for the courts to respond, but fingers crossed in 6-10 weeks the judgement should be set aside! I thought this was a dead end but thanks to ARK CMCS I should be back on track with my credit score. Thank you so much!

Extremely grateful to Ark who managed to remove a wrongly issued CCJ against me which I didn't think was possible before speaking to them.

After 10 months of going backwards and forwards with the courts and ParkingEye to no avail, I messaged Ark via their website, they soon contacted me and had the CCJ set aside within 1 month.
