ARK CMCS provided a 1st class service, from the initial phone call dealt with, Reza took his time and was really helpful and thorough explaining the whole process. Had a parking ticket issue where, UKPC had a, CCJ registered against me which I only realised from a routine check of my credit file! ARK CMS reviewed my case and provided a rapid turnaround obtaining a signed, Tomlin Order from the claimant within 24H! Have just send email which they kindly drafted along with the signed Tomlin Order and evidence to, CCBC. All being well should be CCJ free 4-8 weeks. Spectacular!

My partner had a CCJ on his file, this was incorrectly issued and ARK was amazing and supporting him to remove this. We are in the process of applying for a mortgage and the CCJ was hindering the process, the customer care team at ARK were great, always on hand to support with questions and very punctual throughout the process.

Ark did a great job at helping me to remove a CCJ that was wrongly put on my file. Reza did a great job at assisting, had great communication skills and very helpful throughout.

Outstanding service! Reza was so helpful and well informed. He’s given me very comprehensive information and kept me posted regularly on progress. It didn’t take long until the main part of the problem was resolved and settled.

Today I had my CCJ removed from my credit file thanks to ARK, I dealt with Reza throughout the whole process and he was great, talked me through each step, advised me on options and always answered my calls/emails. ARK did all the paperwork & legal side and all I had to do was send the email/legal letter to the courts. Be prepared for it to take up to 6 months for your CCJ to be removed and this is due to the backlogs at the courts however I would definitely recommend going through the process and couldn’t recommend ARK enough.

Reza provided great advice that allowed me to quickly address a CCJ that had been wrongly applied to our business (and was actually meant for a firm at the other end of the country with a vaguely similar name.) from the very first call with him till the very end he was outstanding.

Nawaz explained every step of the way/timescale for CCJ removal. My husband had 3 CCJs against him dated back to 2019, 2020 and 2021 all of which has been set aside.

Throughout the entire process Nawaz has communicated so well, always kept us updated, continuously emailing the other party, chasing replies, calling to get a response (some companies ain’t so competent or prompt unfortunately- can’t even manage the basics of reading emails correctly). Im so glad I came across ARK. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for us.

If you have any doubts of who to go with between ARK or another company believe me go with these guys! My husbands case wasn’t so straight forward and Nawaz managed to get them set aside so anything is possible
