The worker at the store was so professional and polite. I am okay with technology, but not great. Being a retiree I am used to some stores treating me like I am a bit silly when it comes to technology, but he did not in the slightest. such a great experience and I fully recommend this store for providing me with 'old fashioned service' which I would describe as professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Thank-you what a great job you did.

Neil at ASDA Ipswich is an absolute star! My iPhone charger broke off in the port on a Friday night. I reached out online and got a quick response the next morning. Neil walked me through my options, and it was sorted within an hour. I’ll definitely use this service again—thank you!

I wanted to replace my Galaxy phone with an iphone and also upgrade my old ipad. Another store in Ipswich offered ridiculously low rates and were reluctant to help me transfer photos from my phone onto an sd card. So I went to Armafone at Asda in Ipswich. I’m so glad that I did. Mark who attended the desk was really helpful, friendly and polite. He transferred over 2000 photos (!) and helped mt to choose an iohone and another ipad. It took well over an hour but Mark remained upbeat and was really helpful. I will only use Armafone in the future and cannot recommend the company highly enough. 5* all the way.

I had a fantastic experience getting my Samsung screen replaced here. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They did the repair in exactly in the time they promised, and my phone looks brand new. Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend!

Went to the Stanway Branch Saturday morning at opening time for a new phone battery, was done in 2 hours and no issues at all, staff very helpful would definitely recommend!

Had a problem with my, not so new, tablet and found my usual go to place had moved, so a short Google search later I saw the Chelmsford branch had good reviews. And they are all true!!
On the spot service, he didn't give up until the tablet was back running again for a very reasonable charge,
I now have a new go to tech repair service!!

Had the most fantastic experience here today and was served by Sam.
Bought a refurbished phone for my foster son and he advised me what to buy and he put a new screen protector on it and he couldn’t have been more helpful.
I always come here and I highly recommend this shop more than any other!

I had my phone repaired in April in Chelmsford and it started having faults again recently.
I took it back to ask what could be done and I was so pleasantly surprised at the service I received.
They kept my phone for a few days, tested it and sorted the fault, keeping me informed the whole time and everything was covered under my original guarantee. The friendliest staff you could possibly meet, thank you so much .

Took my iPad into armafone in Ipswich White House . Absolutely brilliant staff , so friendly and explained everything . Didn’t take long for iPad to be repaired and the cost was excellent. Definitely recommend these guys .
