Highly recommend the branch at Tollgate, Colchester
Went into branch at Tollgate, Colchester with an issue on iPhone caused by transferring data to a new phone. The staff in this branch are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem within 15 mins. I would highly recommend using this company.

iPad screen replacement
Excellent service from all members of staff, kind and knowledgable. Told if it was there before 11am could do same day turnaround on a new iPad screen and this is exactly what I got. As good as new.

Excellent service from Brad at the Chelmsford branch.
He took his time to explain the variables for the repair and costs.
Turn around, communication, expertise and value all very good. I would recommend to others and will use their services again.

Excellent service
Received excellent service from Colchester Sainsbury’s unit. Checked out my dead IPhone XE and investigated the problems quickly. I purchased a refurbished IPhone and received a refund without quibble on repair.
Highly recommended.
