My knowledge relating to cars leaves a lot to be desired and Ryan very patiently dealt with my questions both in person and by phone. Nothing was too much trouble and he definitely took time and care to make sure the vehicle I purchased was perfect for my requirements. Rang to view a vehicle and spoke to and met Oliver.Very friendly and helpful kept in contact throughout. Was promised that the vehicle would have a few things done to it before collection and all were done to a high standard. Only met Ryan briefly but was also friendly. I dealt with Oliver directly throughout the Purchase of my 2014 mk7 VW Golf GTD. Really nice to deal with. Always available to talk on the phone and via email. Excellent service. Luckily managed to collect my new car before the Coronavirus lockdown, Only downside is I've only managed to drive my car twice since owning it!

Absolute pleasure dealing with both Ollie and Ryan, after viewing the car, which was clean and in an immaculate show room, I was happy with the car and asked to have the car before Saturday (first viewing was Wednesday afternoon) I actually picked it up the Friday so bonus.
Everything I asked from Ollie was done with no stress etc, even down to changing the key battery for me before I left, then when I returned to hand the log book over from my previous car, Ryan actually took the time to help remove the back seats to get the seat belt out from underneath from before I bought it.
Nothing was too much from either gentleman and I will definitely be recommending the garage and returning for my next car purchase without hesitation. Thank you for one of the best car buying experiences!
