Ordering procedure was easy to follow and the products that I ordered were excellent quality (2 T-shirts and a sweatshirt)

Didn’t receive my item!!! This was a Christmas present and not cheap and there’s no one I can get in touch with to fix the issue. I paid by Apple Pay which has all my details on it then when Royal Mail received it there was no delivery instructions on the parcel so it was sent back and I’ve had no further comms. Hugely disappointing

T Shirt is brilliant design and good quality. Delivered within promised timelines so very happy. Sizing an issue and have advised but had no acknowledgement. Say to be careful re sizing so as 43" ordered up as did not want a sport/tight fitting Tee. XL 42-44 would have been fine and loose fitting. 2XL 44-46 is very relaxed fit and fine but bigger than I would usually like.

Very happy with my order and experience. My order came within a few working days, quicker than i expected. Although the top i had ordered was to small for me and the returns/exchange drop down menus were not working for me on the website. However after emailing the customer service team they were happy to help and explained another way to exchange the items manually. After sending back my oder my exchange item also came just as quickly as my first order which was great. The products i got were also high quality and i am really happy with them. Would highly recommend AOF and shop again myself. The customer service team in place are probably better and extremely more helpful than other larger stores/companys out there.

I ordered a L, because I wasn’t sure if I was a medium or a large. It was really big and I thought I’ll wear it baggy. When I went to wash it for the first time I noticed it’s actually an XL. I think a size guide would be useful and sending the correct sizes. Order 221314.
