I also want to acknowledge your question directly. The details you’ve asked for, including Totox, peroxide, and anisidine values, are highly technical quality metrics typically handled at a formulation and lab-testing level, rather than within standard customer service support. That’s exactly why our team suggested connecting you with our in-house nutritionist to ensure you received accurate, expert-led information rather than a partial or unclear response. I appreciate that this may have come across as a sales approach, but the intention was purely to give you the most informed answer possible.

That said, your feedback is completely valid. This has highlighted an opportunity for us to improve how we handle more technical product queries, both in terms of response times and ensuring our team is better equipped with accessible data or clearer explanations where appropriate. We’re already reviewing this internally to strengthen our SOPs and team training so that experiences like yours are improved going forward.

We do want to gently note that your order was placed in September 2025, and as we weren't made aware of any concerns until February 2026, this does make it more difficult for us to fully investigate what may have gone wrong, particularly with Cellular Hydration. We always encourage customers to reach out to us as soon as an issue arises so we can act quickly and effectively on their behalf.
