Good product

Speedy delivery and good product as described in the website. It does take more time to assemble than mentioned. Good price compared to the other seller for the same product.

Fast efficient service

Fast efficient service. End result (gloss Murphy bed) is fantastic especially with LED lights though why both sets for each shelf hasn’t a diffuser beats me! The instructions are not the easiest to follow- we got stuck on one area & wasted too much time on it. But so worth the perseverance.

100% genuine.

From ordering and extra stuff the staff where great . Very honest. When I was putting the panels up ,I noticed the fixings where missing. I contacted them and in 5 minutes a response and parts ordered. Not arrived but was giving a time line. Will definitely order again as amazing.

5 star service and fantastic furnture

5 star service and fantastic furnture. I bought a 3 draw cabinet to put inside my wardrobes, it fitted so well i fitted a second one . The wood match is incredible . The quality of the instructions were excellent and the delivery was spot on. one piece of advice. Use a rubber mallet to put it together, a normal hammer may dint the edging . highly highly recommend. They only cost a few pounds

Poor manufacturing let them down…

Product arrived in the specified time frame and was made of pine wood as specified. Beyond this, the quality of manufacture was poor with pieces not lining up, pegs not fitting in pre-drilled holes causing splitting and the wood frame itself does appear flimsy. The problem is, there's nothing else on the market that looks any better. If only IKEA made these beds, the quality would be much better and everything would align correctly! Not sure if I would shop with Arthauss again.

Good quality piece of furniture for an…

Good quality piece of furniture for an excellent price. Easy ordering process and fair delivery timeframe and experience. One thing that can be improved is around the instructions and putting together the furniture. All of the screws, dowels and fixture pieces were mixed into one bag so we had to separate and count them. Some of the furniture pieces weren't pre-holed so required guesswork as to where to drill or screw. For the backboard we're not sure why screws were provided instead of nails, which would have been more straightforward. A bonus would have been for the drawers to be soft close. Fortunately we were able to take our time building the cabinet and the finish was really good.

Wonderful Customer Service

The customer service from Arthauss Furniture is absolutely brilliant. They were really communicative and friendly, helping out above and beyond my expectations. The delivery was on schedule, within the time slot given and by two very friendly and efficient delivery men, despite it being a very early time in the day :) Thanks again, we will be recommending to others and returning when we next need anything!

Outstanding service delivering great quality products..

The Baros TV Cabinet 270cm has completely elevated my living room. It’s sleek, sturdy, and adds such a modern, polished look to the space. The size and storage are spot‑on, and I’m genuinely thrilled with the quality.
On top of that, the supplier’s service was excellent—really helpful and efficient throughout. A brilliant 5‑star purchase!

SLOW

When ordering it said said it would arrive between the 24/26 February but it arrived 16/4 so was a month after ordering.
I phoned and they said it could be earlier as they had the item in the warehouse but it didn’t.
I won’t order from them again as the warehouse wasn’t even that far from me.

Having reviewed your order, the confirmation email sent seconds after your purchase clearly advised an estimated delivery window of 12th – 16th March, with your order delivered on 16th March, within this timeframe. These dates are taken directly from the product page at the time of ordering.

When you contacted us on 25th February, our team asked for clarification on where the dates 24th February - 26th February were displayed so we could investigate this further for you, however we didn’t receive a response.

For transparency, we have also resent your order confirmation email, including the original send date and time, for your reference.

We sincerely apologise if any earlier communication caused confusion, and we understand how this may have been frustrating.

Great item of furniture

Liked the look of the table in the photos but wow was even better when received and put together.
We did have a couple of issues but the company were very quick to respond when these were raised and everything sorted straight away.
We’ve got the unit in our living room and it looks brilliant - too good to hide away in a bedroom, wish we had room for another!

Can’t do the basics

The Frisk red sideboard unit was delivered with an incorrect end panel, meaning we have had a half-built piece of furniture whilst waiting for the correct part to be sent.

That has taken more than 6 weeks to arrive, and it is the WRONG COLOUR.

Failures from the suppliers and the retailer - AVOID this company unless you are willing to risk these types of situations.

Delaying Order

Hi
The reason I’m giving this feedback because I have had bad experiences with their customer service departments. I have called kindly to deliver my order before the due date but they didn’t respond or give any update about delivery. They have received my item on the 11th of March and kept at their warehouse. It’s the 16th of March 2026 no response about any update. On the phone the customer service have mentioned that she will try to deliver the item but it seems she has lied and wants to deliver the item after 19th of March 2026. I have also mentioned it that our EID is on the 19th of March 2026. So if possible to deliver it before the date then I will be so happy so I can decorate my living room. My point is that there is not appreciation. I understand it that customers service has quick in answering calls but not keep the customers happy. I’m very sorry for giving this feedback.
I hope that this feedback will helped others and the company deliver people’s order on time or at their request. I have my order information I only give at their request for the company I ordered it from ( Arthauss Furniture order is almost ready for delivery. Please check your address)

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - we’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience.

As confirmed in the order confirmation sent when the order was placed, the estimated delivery window for your order is between Thursday 19th March - Monday 23rd March, with your delivery scheduled for the 19th of March. This means the order is currently within the delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase.

We completely understand why you were hoping to receive the item sooner, particularly with Eid approaching, and we do always try our best to accommodate earlier delivery requests where possible. However, as we deliver all of our furniture using our own in-house delivery teams, routes must be carefully planned in advance. To ensure smooth deliveries for all customers, we also aim to provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to delivery, which is why deliveries cannot always be brought forward at short notice.

While your order did arrive at our warehouse earlier, items still need to go through final processing, route allocation, and scheduling with our delivery teams before they can be dispatched.

We’re sorry if there was any misunderstanding during your phone call, as our team would never intentionally mislead customers. They can certainly request that the logistics team check for earlier availability, but this is not always possible depending on existing routes and delivery capacity.

We truly appreciate your feedback and your patience, and we hope you will enjoy your furniture once it arrives.
