Update 11:24am 10/30/25 - We are glad our team was able to get in touch and now understand the issue was related to the installation rather than the turf material. We’re glad the product itself looks good and are here to support you as you work with your installer to remedy the installation in the spring.

It didn’t work for chipping like I was told and it wasn’t the easiest to splice either. Other than that the putting is fairly true and I like the color I picked out.

I installed the 40 thread carpet-very realistic. Sales dept checked in on me every month until I ordered but weren’t pushy about it and answered all my questions. Great price for the quality I received, transportation company knew exactly how to get a large roll off the truck without a fork lift. Now my neighbors are commenting on how great my yard looks.
