Impossible to get a refund from them, they are a complete scam, quality of items is very poor as well, when I wanted to return items they said they would only give me max 50% refund !!

This company is a scam. I ordered a jacket. It stated on the website that it was genuine leather. I receive it and it was 50% PU and 50% polyester. Complete false advertising. I had several emails of communication. I sent them photos of their website description, the jacket I received and the fabric content tag. They had the nerve in the last email to send me a photo of the item I bought saying it was "faux-leather". THEY CHANGED THE PHOTO. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The clothes are not as described cashmere jumper was just a lump of some form of nylon knit it is awful I could not use any of the 3 items I bought this was stuff for Christmas. I spent over a £100 for pure rubbish. I wish I had checked them out before I ordered anything they are lying through their teeth about the quality. Slick marketing pics that get you pulled in. They should be banned from advertising on internet

I wish I’d read reviews before ordering. The jeans I received are nothing like those pictured. The wash and cut are cheap and unflattering.
I echo others’ comments on the non-functional order tracking.
And returns are impossible from the US because you have to pay to ship through customs to London.
Don’t order from this company. You’ll just be throwing your money away.

The quality is SHOCKING - The SIZING is SOOOOOOO POOR! AND you have to return it and pay duties so it is a bit of a scam to be honest.

Dreadful customer service. I attempted to cancel transaction as the jumper was not sent out in a timely manner. The garment that eventually arrived did not match description. Trying to find the return address for a refund but customer services are not responding to my email.

Should have checked the reviews first before buying...famous last words.
Company is not in UK for starters...Cashmere Jumpers turned up and:
Definitely not Cashmere,not sure what material.
No Labelling inside jumpers whats so ever.
Jumpers were put together in cheap bag that was ripped.
Now trying to go through process of getting Refund..good luck with that me thinks.
My fault for not doing my due-diligence I suppose.
We learn--But please dont fall for same mistake as me. Happy Christmas All :)

Totally rubbish products made in China and not worth the money.

Delivery time is a joke you wait ages to get what you ordered and when it arrives is Garbage.

Don't use them Primark is much better Quality.

Not Great. I ordered a Sophia Plush Lined Jacket and it was advertised as having a leather finish with no further elaboration. When I got it, the item seemed to have artificial leather and only a bit of trim being actual leather-like material. Even the artificial leather wasn't of great quality.
I've sent a request through to the support team and will update this honestly when the issue is resolved.

I would ask for better descriptions on items and also material and care labels on the items when they do come.

Absolutely appalling quality, nothing like as described, cord jacket cost £45.00 worth about £5.00 if that, its cheap material, sadly I didn't check Trust pilot for reviews until after it was delivered, my mistake one which I won't make again, STAY AWAY from this company I wish I had , could return it but the returns policy is awful and looks like they make it so difficult I'll just take the loss and learn from it!!

Chinese garbage.

I will never ever use this website again . I received several updates about my order and its supposed delivery status . 3 weeks later I got an e mail informing me that in fact my item wasn’t available . This is not a genuine honest website where ever they are sourcing their goods .You have been warned !

They lie. Tried to bill twice, but my bank caught it, notified me in a fraud alert, deactivated my card. Second billing was AFTER they said I'd be issued a credit. They added a $150 shipping charge your not told about. They're crooks
Luckily my bank has a great fraud department. Caught it immediately. Stay clear of Artisio.

Would rate zero stars if possible. They use a fake tracking platform (yun express) and confine delivery by email despite no actual delivery being made. Avoid like the plague!

I ordered a women’s emerald green cardigan. After several weeks an emerald green cardigan arrived. My order was for a small woman’s but I got an extra large man’s garment. There were no labels ie. Care and fibre content.Just a sticker on one of the buttons with XL printed on it. Artisio want more money from me to send what I ordered

The clothing has no labels at all. There is no care label and customer service is non existent. I think as others have said, this is a scam company. Don’t purchase from them.

I ordered a cashmere jumper from Artisio, but what I received makes me doubt it’s even cashmere. It arrived after several weeks, shipped from China, and had no labels at all. No brand name, fabric composition, or washing instructions. The quality feels cheap and nothing like genuine cashmere. For the price and description, this feels misleading. Definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

Don’t use this company - Artisio. I ordered a medium and large sleeveless jumper (supposedly cashmere). When they finally arrived - weeks later as coming from China they are absolutely huge and if they are cashmere very poor quality. A ladies M comes out as a man’s L. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Silly me. I am going to try and return but I don’t have much faith that I will get my money back.

Clothes not at all as on the picture... Silk pants? No way they were near the silk... Linen shirt? 50% and 50% plastic... Completely wrong sizes. Ordered L. Got 3XL shirt (was too big) and XL pant (too small).
Tried to send back shirt (pants went to son) - they tried to push back and offer some discounts etc. Insisted on return - got return. The only positive is that customer service was responsive and refund was processed resonably quickly
