I would avoid buying from them, ordered a marino wool jumper but when it came it was cheap nylon... Absolute rubbish.. Wouldn't even give it 1 star..

Absolute con . Will not give a refund or return address. Wanted a man’s coat , got sent a different coat ( shoddy garment ), also was a woman’s coat I received!

would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. The product quality is terrible — the cut and fitting are awful, with no neck labels or spare buttons included. I should have checked the reviews before ordering. It’s honestly hard to understand how this company is still operating. The delivery was late, and the customer service was extremely poor. Save yourself the trouble — do not buy from them.

I would give less than one star if I could. I awaited my package for over a month to get this notice today.

The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. Even crazier: The package was in my town before being shipped off to 3 additional facilities.

This company is a rip off.

First how is this company not blocked from the internet and the owners have not arrested? They are a scam and they can not produce everything they advertise. It is not a company in England that is a fake UK address, the seamstress is based in China and it is shipped from Chin.

This is a scam. There is no way to return an unwanted item. They give you all of these "directions" but no way to follow them. So I will have to keep this poor quality item.

What a terrible company. Clothes look really nice in their ads but when they eventually arrive they are nothing like what is expected. Terrible quality! I reckon a chimpanzee could produce a better made garment. Don't waste your money because you WILL be disappointed and as for trying to send the rubbish back forget it.

To return two pairs of shoes to their London address would have cost 128 dollars. Crazy they don't have a more local return location. Needless to say I'll just call that a learning experience and offer the shoes to a local church

Should have checked the reviews. Ordered a cashmere jumper - no label in it and it’s not cashmere.

This is the worse mistake to even visit this site. Their product and very very low quality. I bought a black loafers from here, and the quality does not even match the description. When I asked for refund they asked me to pay for the shipping fee which is more than the cost price of the shoes. I believe they are scammers.

When I purchased the coat online, I selected the Large option. What I received, however, came in a shabby bag: the coat was wrinkled, with loose threads, and even had patches with logos that were not shown in the online photos on Artisio’s website.

Faced with the frustration of receiving the wrong size and such a product, I contacted you asking for a return label so I could send it back and be refunded approximately $100 USD.

You asked me to cover the return shipping costs myself, and today here in New York I went to check:

FedEx: $150 USD (shipping + tracking)

UPS: $165 USD (shipping + tracking)

USPS: $100 USD (shipping + tracking)

In the end, I feel deceived by your online service and I’ve essentially thrown away $100 USD that I could have used to purchase something else.

Excellent customer service. High quality clothing. Overall excellent.

I should have read these reviews before purchasing from Artisio. I ordered a size Medium shirt and received XL. The company refused to exchange or refund, offering a totally unacceptable discount on future purchase. That will never happen! Avoid Artisio and buy from a reputable company that stands by their products. Meanwhile, I will donate the wrong-sized shirt to Goodwill and take the write off!

The size did no fit and Atisio won’t allow me to return it. Instead I can keep it if I buy another product at 50% off. I don’t want another product! Just my money back by returning product.

I received a "friendly" email telling me my shoes would arrive soon and "shipping protection" charged is $150.00! I assume this has to do with the tariff situation, but when I ordered on 8/24/25, there was no mention of such a charge. I will attempt to complain to my credit card issuer, but I'm not expecting to get satisfaction. I wish I had read the reviews before I paid.

Shipped my shoe order to the wrong address. When I caught that it was the incorrect address they were still in transit. I contacted them asap. The company did nothing to help. The shoes were delivered to my neighbors house and stolen. (This happens quite often to that house) Customer service was no help of course and sited fine print. Looks like the product would have been crap anyway but it sure feels terrible to be conned out of $85 when that’s not $$ I typically spend on shoes for myself.
