The product is a scam. You can’t return it and get a full refund. So please do not buy this product any of it. Trust me it is a scam. The product that I got was way wrong size. Terrible material. It has stretch marks all over it like scratches. It fit horribly. The return is you have to pay for it and it’s in UK. Which means you’re shipping cause the same as what the shirt did. Total scam and a waste of money.

Wrong item, wrong colour, wrong size. Takes just over a month to deliver. Not of any quality really.

Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t order from these. Report the company.

SCAM SITE DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Thin disgusting material that is NOT standard sized bedding…will NOT fit your pillows or Duvets. You will not get your money back….they will refuse to issue return labels they ARE STEALING THIEVES! !

Unfortunately I didn't check out the reviews, but I agreed with every customer experience mentioned here. The product did not match the description in ANY way. advertised and sold as "Mink cashmere", it was a solid 10.5 oz. heavy, made of dubious yarn (my NAADAM sweaters are 4.2 oz) and and definitely not cashmere or wool of any sorts/wrinkled/no tags of any kind,/awful fit/looking pre-worn/arriving in a flimsy black plastic bag from the UK/no product info or return slip. Total scam! Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this company!

Really bad customer service when trying to return something

Absolute garbage scam company. Ordered a pair of shoes here, and they did not look like the photos (color significantly different). While for the price I didn't have overly high expectations on the quality, I did expect them to at least look better, and they were a very weird odd color.

The real problem started when I tried to initiate a return. I had to jump through all kinds of hoops, including filling out a lengthy questionnaire and sending multiple emails, then waiting for approval, to even initiate a return. Most importantly, they have no US-based return options, and everything has to be mailed direct back to the UK, so it was going to cost $50 to return an $80 pair of shoes.

It's pretty clear this is deliberate, and part of their business strategy, as least if you're a US-based customer--get you to order a crappy product that quite possibly looks substantially different that the one shown in the photos, and make it prohibitively difficult and costly to return the item. So while they are technically conforming to their stated return policy, anyone ordering anything from the US should effectively consider the product non-returnable.

They did offer a 20% refund to just keep the item, but in the end I still ended up spending $65 USD for a garbage pair of shoes that I just immediately gave away.

Do not shop with this company. Their advertising doesn’t stack up and they are not transparent. They market as if their goods are nearly sold out. Then when you place the order you discover they are held in processing and they don’t dispatch for weeks. If you complain they give you the run around. They claim in their policies that they operate under U.K. law but they don’t. Under the U.K. distance selling regulations I tried to cancel my order before they had even professed it and before any delivery had even commenced. They refused claiming that their terms and conditions state there is no cancellation. I have checked all their policies and almost none of them comply with U.K. law. I’ll now have to claim a charge back through my bank. This is an unreliable company and not to be trusted.

Took a month for my order to arrive. The product was a cheap imitation of what I ordered. Cheap see through material. Sizing was way too small. Not what I ordered. Tis is the temp version of wjat I should have got

Wish I'd read the reviews before buying. Bought sunglasses. Bizarrely broke a few weeks after buying just picking them up to put them on! Absolute cheap garbage, composite crap frame. Don't buy!!

I ordered Clara trench coat and the quality is terrible and the size is wrong. It took more than a month to get it and I was very disappointed with my purchase. Now I’m trying to get a refund and, despite their 14 days return policy, no one replies to my emails. 0/10

Terrible company. Items are the opposite of what they appear. Wrong size was sent and the quality is absolutely terrible. Annoyed at myself for not checking the reviews before buying. 1 star is generous.

The product arrived today. Smelled horribly of chemicals. Upon inspecting the item. It as not as pictured. It was way too small in fit even after ordering a bigger size. The sewing was terrible all the stitching was messed up and had loose threads everywhere.im so unhappy with this purchase.

Don't use this company. Cheep Chinese clothing not as advertised..arrived late wrong colour wrong size.Getting a refund was a nightmare ..didn't refund original postage even though not fit for purpose so breaking the 2015 consumers act .After many emails and finally getting a refund less p and p I walked away...

The shoes I ordered for a family member was crappy quality the shoe isnt what it described to be and it says leather but the loafers are pleather!!!!!! Its a DISGRACE what companies would do to make money, THE SHOES COST $ 79.99 THE QUALITY ISWOTH ONE CENTS

Same experience as Matt - and I have also requested a refund within the 14 days of delivery and been told I will need to wear the shipping costs. I've also asked for a full refund. The products are nothing like the pictures and came in plastic bags as others have said. Don't buy from Artisio.

The delivery was very late and the quality of the purchased item was very poor. I asked for a full refund. They replied that to avoid delivery return cost I could keep the item and get a 20% refund. I have responded that I expected full reimbursement including delivery costs. Thier site states a 14 day return guarantee!

Scam, disguised as an UK firm. Bought a suede leather shoe (the picture is great), however it came packed in a plastic bag, the shows torned and worse it wasn't leather, it was split leather painted brown. The return to the UK cost half the price of the shoe...how can this "budiness" be stopped?

Stay away from this Chinese junk. It’s a scam from England where they set up a shop with junk that you wouldn’t want to give away to homeless. Bought shoes that smelled so bad with chemicals that I kept up outside to send this junk back. Please stay away from them as they changed one letter in artizio to Artisio so when you research you will see that one is authentic Italian company and other is junk.shame on google that they allow scam company to operate.

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures, or the "sale" prices. I ordered 3 "cashmere" sweaters. The first two were poor quality wool or acrylic, and in-person looked very little like the pictures on their website. Customer service said they would exchange for size, but since the items were "on sale" they were not eligible for return. The sweaters were so itchy they were unwearable, and I donated both to the thrift store. The third sweater wasn't even wool, it was polyester, and again the website pictures did not accurately depict the real garment. I wore it anyway, and on the third wearing, the entire left side seam split open, all the way from the armpit to the bottom hem. I wish I could post a picture of it in this review. None of the items had any manufacturing tags, so the entire chain of production is suspect. I can't believe this company is still in business. They should be ashamed of themselves.
