PURE GARBAGE. Besides it smell I took out of bag and all the fake hair literally shed EVERY WHERE that I actually started sneezing .
I can’t believe this company is not shut down for FRAUD… Now they play the run around game about returning they offer every scammer deal in the books to get you to keep it. It’s been in a ball in the bag that they shipped it in till I can ship it back to wherever the hell they are from and of course I have to pay for A DUPE OF A LIE😡😡😡

Terrible quality and if you don’t like the product you pay to ship it back to the UK. Shipping costs usually are more than the product cost. No win situation for the customer.

The delivery of the item I ordered was extremely late and when it did arrive, it was a woman’s triple XXXL jacket not a men’s XL, which is what it was supposed to be. Then I contacted our ARTISIO and they’re expecting me to pay for the shipping back!! This was 100% their error and they wanna hold me to paying for the shipping costs to send it back. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from this company

BEWARE!!! Stay away from this scam seller. I bought a pair of shoes, received damaged and horrible quality. Contacted seller, they asked me to send the pictures which I did, now it went to returns dept who is again asking me for pictures saying didn’t come out clear, what a nonsense way to prolong the refund, first they offered me 20% off I said NO, than offered me 30% discount and I said NO, bottom line is that shoes are damaged and worth zero dollars.
Now I need to file a dispute with my credit card company and complaint with Shopify, ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

It is an absolute fraud!
I paid for the cashmere sweater $150. The sweater I received was without any tugs, terrible color and the quality. The process of returning was not straight at all, different people responding, with the different requests. After I shipped it to UK($30), and provided them with all proof photos, they stopped communicating.
I do not believe I ever get a return….

I’m still in the middle of dealing with a return. They sent me the wrong items and it’s been a back and forth with them to try to get a refund. The latest response is a 40% refund, which is not only completely unacceptable (and it shouldn’t matter that it was their fault), but there is NOTHING on their website that indicates that they would only offer a measly refund for something I did not order.
DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE. They are basically a scam.

Ordered a jacket with fleece interior.
The jacket I got had a different fleece interior from the pictures and smelled horrible. Even after two washings there's still a smell to it.

I tried to return an item following their supposed "return policy", but it turned out to be a complete hassle. 1st, I have to email them for a return label. They asked for photos to prove the item condition. After, sending the photos and explaining the reason of the return, they asked me to fill out a return form, - repeating the same process just with different person. To give me the full return (listed as an option) I need to ship the pkg to UK (England) (I'm responsible for the shipping cost) and add insurance for the protection, also, send a photo of the certificate with tracking #. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this store. The item I'm returning doesn't looks the same as is on the website, blazer set shinning material, not good quality.

Retailer had no control of turnaround time. 2 months to receive a $70 in stock item. Upon receipt 14 day return window. No return label. Quality like a costume from a popup Halloween store. 2 sizes smaller fit than indicated. Artisio is still trying to delay providing a refund or even a return

Beware of this website . They make you feel you are buying quality at a discounted price but the quality is pretty cheap. Coming straight from China . They promised me to receive it in 7-10 business days , I had to beg for a tracking number . I received it 20 days later .
Also, I ordered 2 items and they only sent me 1 . When I asked about the status of the second item , ( you can only reach them by email ) they said they refunded the second item , and they sent an attachment with a refund amount of zero!

Disputing it with my credit card , they owe me $223.

Do not buy anything from this company! The clothing that arrives will not be the same as shown in advertisements. Much lower quality. They offer money back guarantee but don't tell you how to cancel an order or share the fact that your refund will be less shipping cost to the UK !!! Only thing that saved me was my awesome credit card company that helped me and a reviewer on this sight who gave me the idea to submit a complaint with my credit card company.

Warning!!!!! Don’t buy anything on this website! I bought a jacket on it and the item smells, rough ,cheap and poor made. Nothing like the photo shown on the website. The customer service is the worse part I have seen. This kind of business should be close for good.

The products where low quality.

under UK law , when you do online purchase , you have the right to return the products with no explanation given to the company.
Notice that in case you used a credit card , you could call the credit card provider and start "a cash back process" by giving them the link with the reviews in trustpilot (shows that company is a scam). Bank will return you the funds .
Second method is "section 75"where the card provider is obliged to reimburse you against loses (since they are equally liable the banks to protect you against scams)

Notice that I have reported Artisio to the citizen advice bureau in UK and they have been reported them to the trade standard association. Please do the same in order the company the company to be fully investigated based on trading standards and consumers rights.

I made order to the Artisio when I found this is fraud company ,just emailed to them I would report to the consumer fraud agencies both of US and UK, after two days I got my money back

Ordered a tracksuit for my birthday 3 weeks ago and yet to receive it. When I called the number on the customer service email saying there was a delay in shipping there’s no answer. I would avoid ordering anything from this website and wish I would’ve checked reviews earlier.

This company, as the reviews say, is a scam. They sent me a sweater that looked very different from what I ordered and was the wrong size. I got the runaround via email trying to get a refund. For some reason they think the option of sending me 25% of what I originally paid was acceptable “to avoid hassle of shipping costs”. Don’t fall for the pretty pictures.

Let me add my voice to all those who gave this company a zero rating (one can't! the lowest is 1). They are fraud. The product either doesn't come or is nothing like what you ordered. The "help" email goes into a black hole and there is no phone number. I suspect you can't return the goods, either, or if you try to they won't give you a refund ever.
