Terrible experience with Artisio! Ordered Brunello Pacciano Loafers and received a cheap, low-quality knockoff. No box, no label, and definitely not real leather. Shoes were too big and had visible discoloration. Customer service was unhelpful and evasive, offering insulting "solutions" instead of a simple return and refund. They even stopped responding to my emails. Avoid this company at all costs – they're selling fake products and refusing to take responsibility. Save your money and shop elsewhere for authentic, quality shoes. Artisio is a scam!

Terrible quality, wrong sizes, and nothing like the advertisement. They really argued against a return, delaying and delaying, the phone number doesn't connect...the list goes on.

There's no option for no stars, sadly.

I ordered what I thought was a USA size XXL coat. It took 3 weeks to arrive - I did not know it was coming from China. Upon arrival I tried it on and it was way too small! It is an EU XXL, not American. I emailed their customer support asking how to send it back to get my money refunded and they have instead sent me replies telling me to take photos with a tape measure and that I can keep it and get 50% off another item (no refund) or I can send it back but I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. Three messages later, they have STILL NOT GIVEN ME instructions on where and how to mail it back! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Hi Purchased based on website pictures which look good. Items were shipped from China and when eventually arrived well what can I say they were beyond awful. No labels. Contacted customer service - loosely confirm this is customer service - sent pictures as requested waited for confirmation I could return with the necessary labels they didn’t respond. Decided having spent £80 and wanted my money back, I decided to pay for tracked and signed, guaranteed and the insurance at a cost of £10. So if it failed to be delivered I could claim from the postal company. It was delivered and eventually got my refund but cost me £10. Under no circumstances purchase from this company - I should have read the reviews!!

Do not trust or buy from this company. I ordered a shirt on December 25th for my cousin and it didn't "arrive" until the 17th of January. My cousin never received the shirt in the mail and when I contacted the company they said I didn't have shipping insurance. So they offered to resend the shirt, not a refund. I do not trust them, they seem scamy. I am going to contact my credit card company for a refund. Also, it's coming from freaking China. It took forever to even get an update on where the package was. Awful experience.

Items were received a month after I ordered them. They were shipped from China. The sweaters look completely different from the pictures. Quality is pathetic, not worth my time to even describe it. Customer service is a scam. There is not a single tag describing fabric content. This brand does not deserve a rating.

The general design is the same, but the fabric and the buttons are totally sub-par. Nothing like advertised, and not what I paid for. $20 value, $80 sale price, supposedly worth $140 bucks?!? Don’t bother with this website, they rip you off and take forever to even deliver your crappy knockoff clothing….

This experience reinforced my preference for shopping at stores with physical locations or online retailers with reliable return options. I will not be purchasing from Artisio again.

The sweater that I ordered did not match the picture online and the description AT ALL 😭

Artisio is a scam. I read reviews AFTER my experience and wish I had read them before because my experience was almost identical to those already recorded. I as lured in by a photo of a beautiful lime green cashmere sweater on sale. I received a hideous pea green sweater which I did not even take out of the plastic wrapping. I politely tried to return it and was politely asked to attach photos of the sweater and proof of purchase onto their email. Not easy but accomplished. Then, after back and forth my only option was to keep the worthless sweater and get a refund minus postage, handling, etc. Approximately $60 spent; $10.99 returned. They put in a lot of fancy effort for that amount including fake Covent Garden London address, email allegedly from customs, fake customs labels on the package, and many polite emails. Maybe they enjoy the game. I did not.

Poor tracking and customer service. My package was stuck as "ready to ship" for nearly two weeks with no reliable tracking updates. Refunds aren't allowed after 24 hours, leaving little recourse. After repeated emails, they finally provided the correct tracking number. When the sweater arrived, it was smaller than expected, had no tags, and reeked of a bad odor. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I ordered a trench and a sweater based on the photos. And they indicated you could make a return if the items weren't as expected.

The items come from China. Packaging is clearly marked with chinese language. Since the costs were low I expected this would be the case. Not an issue if they are decent quality which was not the case. The sweater had a stain from some solution used to treat it I assume because the smell was terrible. The trenches were cut small and did not fit. I submitted a request to rerurn the items and that is where the real negative experience comes in. They tried every possible way to avoid giving me the address for the return. I still don't have the info I need to send the poor quality items back. It's clearly a scam to show a picture that looks good, send low quality items and then stonewall efforts to return until you are past the deadline. I will send an update once I finally resolve. Stay away. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company.

I was also scammed by this company. They showed a mens white button down with red/navy button placard. I checked the sizes on the site but received a womens xs (per measurements). the material feels cheap and tags are removed so I cannot understand what this fabric is? I emailed to their customer service but have received no response. Horrible. I am going to try to dispute on my cc. Uuggghhh😕

The clothes on line look beautiful. Good quality. What I received was completely different. Didn't even look like the same sweater. At all. Very disappointed. Crap quality for sure.

Scam website.

If I had read these reviews I would have never ordered from these people. I'm going to let my bank deal with them and try to get my money back. This is horrible, I work very hard for my money.

For all those that have been scammed by this company I suggest you dispute the transaction with your bank or credit card company. I was refunded my funds. I did send pictures of what I ordered versus what I received. I also wrote bad reviews on anything I saw them advertise. This company should be shut down! 🤬🤬🤬

Eww I fell for this stupid website. I havnt recieved anything yet is been 20 days. They sent me a tracking number yesterday but the shipping company has 1.2 stars
