Another dissatisfying customer. The shape of the sweater looks nothing like the photo. Terrible! Another something unbearable is that they have cut the tags for both material composition and the tags for the manufacture of the clothes. So this is BS knock off that looks stupid.

DONT BUY from this site. Warning. DONT buy from this site….unless you also want to be disappointed.

It ships from JD.com which is a Chinese E-commerce. Has nothing to do with the London store front.

No stars! Do not buy from Artisio! They are selling cheaply made knockoffs. I bought 3 sweaters. They don't look like the online pictures. They're not cut the same or anything! Made from cheap fabric.
None of the sweaters have any tags on them not even care instruction tags. They came thrown in 3 plastic bags inside one larger plastic bag. There were no shipping or paperwork of any kind in the bag. They came directly from China, not London or Europe as they try to make you believe. I believe this company is making everything in China and selling cheap knock off clothing from other designers. They don't honor any return policy. There's no phone number to reach customer service.believe me when I say, run. There's is no Artisio Shop in London i dont believe. You will be highly disappointed if you buy from them.

Bought one of their sweaters (white/black/brown pattern) and the size was much smaller than what I've ordered, but this is not the worst part.... The quality of the sweater is extremely poor and it does not look anything like in the pictures.
Requested a refund and they made it extremely difficult for us to get one, requesting a video of us showing what was wrong with the product...after 100s of emails back and forth they accepted to issue 30% of the refund and we accepted just to finally get rid of them and forget this scam company....DO NOT BUY

I wouldn't even give a star, bought 2 pairs of shoes that showed nicely on website, but came in very poor condition and looked completely different styles than showed on website, they photoshop nicely, but shoes are Chinese $5.00 made each pair if not less.
they charged me $90.00 and didn't want to refund me or return my shoes back to them for a full refund, I don't want discounts or future coupons, I want my shoes to be returned fully because deceive customers with photos, while same shoes is on Amazon for $20.00 and you can retunrn them without worry, stay away from this scam company, should be shot down, which eventually will be sooner or later.

Literally a SCAM website. They’re just selling items off fast fashion sites WAY overpriced. Not to mention they won’t accept refunds even when their refund policy says they will. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM,

Terrible quality and service! Do not be deceived by the pictures displayed on their website or in their catalog – the products look great in photos but are completely different in reality. The quality is extremely poor, especially considering how overpriced everything is. On top of that, the processing time is awful, with unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue refunds even when the product is clearly substandard. Instead they will want to send you a a replacement which the product is still poor. I would not recommend purchasing from this company at all!"

Mailed to me with lining torn, and sleeve sewn shut !!! And I ordered size XL, it was like a size X-small...I got scammed...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT !!!

The worst, cheap clothing in the world! I tried returning a sweater that arrived looking worn and tattered! No tags and no hang tags! They are selling second hand USED clothing and they need to be sued!! What a rip off!! When trying to return it, they tried telling me that it was final sale!! BS, no where was it stated FINAL SALE! Just used and cheap with a foul smell! Nothing arrives with tags! DO NOT SHOP THIS SITE! They have the worst customer service in the world and hopefully this business will crash and burn!!

I ordered two sweaters for my grandson. They were way too small. They put online there was a 30 day return policy. BS!!!! They are not giving me my money back and you can't get a hold of them, this is a scam!!!!!

Worst company ever. Ordered a jacket for my husband. It is definitely not the size I ordered. Trying to return is a night mare. They do not respond and make it very difficult.

All items are from China and can be bought from SHEIN and Ali express for literally 1000% cheaper.

Do not buy anything from Artisio! Products are not the same as the pictures. Total JUNK. Got scammed when I ordered a nice vest.

The worst company that I have ever dealt with by a country mile. Had I been able to rate them with a minus score I would have done so.
Sizes supplied are nothing like those advertised in some cases too small and in others far too big.
Trying to get responses to emails is impossible and they are impossible to call.
I am now in the process of trying to return my recent delivery and obtain a refund and their returns policy is designed to seriously deter you.
I will never order anything again from these people and would advise everyone else to avoid like the plague.

This is complete BS. Nothing good here, all bad:
* I ordered size Large--the sleeves barely make it past my elbows.

* The jackets were tightly packed in a plastic bag bound with tape. It was near impossible to cut the tape without cutting the jackets.

* This product drop-ships directly from China.

* The jackets had a STRONG smell of chemicals.

* The return process is impossible. First, they require you to fill out a form on a Google site which requires a Google account (which I don't have). Then they tell you that despite the clear return policy (see above), the items is not eligible for return. i went back and forth with them 6 times before seeing this TrustPilot page and realizing I was wasting my time. Now I'm pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company.

These scammers have zero regard for customers or for their factory workers. Don't waste your time, just avoid this place.

Delivery time at order was 3-5 business days. Over 30 days and still waiting. Will NEVER order from these idiots again.

I ordered a large "cashmere" sweater in a patchwork pattern, which looked good in the photos on their website. It took several weeks for a package to arrive directly from China, but when it did, it did not contain the sweater I ordered. It was a cheap polyester sweater in a strange small size (size not marked) that mimicked the one in the picture but was clearly not the same. I have been corresponding with "support" since Dec. 1. I have returned the sweater following the instructions in the multiple emails exchanged and still no refund. Artisio never acknowledged in any of the emails that they advertised one product but delivered another. Bait and switch. Shameful.

UPDATE 11JAN25: after a long delay without a refund, I finally wrote to Customer Service and said I would report them to consumer fraud agencies in both the US and UK if they did not refund within two business days. Partial refund posted the next day. By the way, the address that they list in London is a coworking space. To call it a storefront would be generous. Still a scam outfit.
