Do not buy anything from this company. They're sizes are completely wrong. I bought 3 items for 3 different people. I know the correct sizes for these people. None of the items fit. When I ask for return labels I was told to regift the purched items and buy new items at a 50 percent discount. I was also told it will cost me too much to send the items back. These people should be put out of business! Please don't let them do this to you. By the way. The large and extra largest I bought were sizes too small and there are no labels inside the clothing.

Item arrived late (over 2 weeks), it was shoddy quality and was actually damaged. Several emails with photos, offers of a partial store credit and email forms later, they said that they don't take returns on 'sale' items (even if items are damaged). I am now working through my credit card company to dispute.
This place is cheap Chinese junk with no returns despite what their website says. Do not be fooled by a UK address and decent photography on the website. Everything ships from China

They sent shitty fabric items. For returns they have put me through several email exchanges, declined me several times, even offered me half the money back to keep the products. Now they want me to take pictures and videos to “advise” me. The products are misshapen, shitty polyester. Avoid this business at all costs.

Not only did it take a month to get here, but it didn't fit and it's basically costume quality. Ordered a Shearling Coat from here because it was cheap, and I got what I asked for. Now I'm stuck with a piece of trash coat and they only offer a 25% cash refund, a 50% off coupon, or a free exchange for a different size.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Worst service. I bought an item for full price, after the item arrived It did not fit So I asked for a return label They answered back that they will give me 10% off and I should keep it. I said I don't need the item. Then they offered 30% off and I should keep the item I told them I do not need it. It took them three weeks Back and forth to Finally send me a return form. When I sent in the return form They came back and said I cannot return the item because it was bought on sale! This is a total total lie I have The proof to back it up but there is no one to talk to! Never buy here.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. The first thing I noticed was the tags were cut off. Look for a packing receipt and - nothing! How can you prove you bought something with no receipt. Looking through statements now… Then I go to reviews…. Oh well, hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Scam. They claim to be clothes made of materials they are absolutely NOT. DO NOT BUY. QUALITY IS TRASH. PICS ARE DECEIVING.

Website promised quick shipping, cashmere and free returns. 20 days later polyester junk arrived: threads hanging off, no fabric labels at all on one item, button holes merely cuts in the fabric. Nothing like pictures. Total junk. Their customer service refused a return despite numerous emails and pictures. STAY AWAY!

Jacket took over 3 weeks to arrive - and it still says its in transit in Hadfield on the tracking app. Ridiculously small fitting & poor quality so need to return , was offered 50% off my next order which I declined & have now been waiting 9 days for them to decide if they are going to refund me or not. *** Avoid at all costs ***

Please do not order from this company. I purchased two sweaters for total of $172 and never received the package. Because the delivery company said they delivered the package Artisio will not even respond. I called their UK phone # and it was a non existent number! Multiple emails asking for refund were ignored. I am out $172 and a very unhappy customer. Don't buy from them if you want my advice!

This company posted inaccurate photos and inaccurate information about the product it was selling. It has (after a battle) refunded the cost of the item but to date has refused to refund the cost of the shipping and "shipping protection" which I expect as the item was advertised as CASHMERE and when it arrived in shabby packaging, the label and feel of the garment tell me it is POLYESTER and SPANDEX. I NEVER would have bought this. ARTISIO appear to be one of those fraudulent Chinese companies who make money on the shipping profits!!!

Article described as cashmere turtleneck size xl. Was NOT cashmere, was size s to m. Not expensive but not what was ordered. The actual jumper is OK but you'd get better at primark. Took a while to arrive but was well packaged. In essence, a scam

My order was a jacket, material was not as advertised, totally cheap material was so poor, tried emailing five times got no reply, I asked them for there return information no reply, it's nothing but a rip off.please do not use this site. Robert from UK.

I am beyond disappointed with my purchase from Artisio—this business is a scam, and I strongly advise NO ONE to order from them. I ordered three items, and they were all of horrible quality, made with cheap materials, and didn’t look anything like the photos online. To make matters worse, the sizes were completely wrong. When I tried to initiate a return, I was completely ignored. After several attempts to contact them, I had no choice but to contact my bank to get my money back. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They are scammers the clothing that is online when you actually order it is a totally different fabric. It feels like the fabric of an outdoor work and the sweaters are so small that I can’t even get it on me and yet they refuse to return the product saying that there’s a no refund policy but when you look at their website, there is a refund policy. I have been fighting this for weeks. Unfortunately I have to consider this loss and I hope these people get what’s coming to them

Having read negative reviews, I was sure that something of poor quality would be delivered, in a baby size. But, I was surprised by the quality of this set. It is of very good quality, the size corresponds. So, I am quite satisfied.

The product took long time to arrive. The product does not appear new. The tags on fabric are cut off right from the base.
Sent three emails to customer service, getting identical automated replies that they are busy.
You can't sell a closing with cut off tags on fabric! No maker information on closing, no paperwork or any kind proof!
Update: December 14, 2024. Got a reply from vender/store which informs: There's no return policy. Understood my concern about the cut off tags or any information on a product. Offering a 10% off on my next purchase.
