I ordered an item from them, and for some reason they used a courier which doesn’t do home deliveries?

The pickup point is 50km away from me. I was never told by them that I would have to go and pick up the item myself. I entered my home address and as with all online orders was expecting the item to arrive to my door.

When I messaged Art of Tibet to ask then what’s happening they were very unhelpful saying that I need to call them (they don’t have a local phone number) and most likely they are not able to deliver to my apartment. And was told that really the only option after 4 weeks of waiting is to wait for the delivery to send back to them and only then get my refund.

The postal service is not answering my emails.

Not once did they offer to call the delivery or help with this whatsoever. They were actually VERY rude when messaging me. I have wasted 4 weeks trying to get this item.

Awful colour and surface texture on the blue tigers eye bracelet. Nothing like the picture at all . The worse blue tiger eye I have ever seen .

Why bother. You don’t “listen” it’s been a horrible experience with Art of Tibet. Even though you give them negative reviews, the change it. And they don’t stop bothering you!
