Why did I just get a bill from UPS for this shipment? Whatever it cost to ship whether it be customs or what not that is on you as the seller.

On the photos looks great and my fault I trusted but way to small , the cord to weak , and took way to long to receive the items! No happy with product and delivery!

The team was friendly, shipped the thangka the expected day to suit my schedule.
The thangka was received in only 3 days (to france), very well wrapped up, and most importantly, the painting is really really beautiful, even more than what one may expect with the pictures from the website.Thanks ! will definitely order again from the shop in the future.

I was very disappointed with the 2 bracelets I ordered. I returned them to the address shown on the invoice. Today my envelope and contents were delivered back to me. The envelope was marked by La Poste "addressee unknown at marked address". I don't trust this company.

Beautiful items shipped very quickly

Nice bracelets, but the sizing is very small. If you ask them to make it bigger, there is no refund policy, and if they send you the wrong size they will not fix it again. In the end, you are the one who loses out. Very disappointing after-sales service from Mila, that in a very impolite way told me that is my problem, when was enough to add only one bead!!!

Overall quality of bracelets, nice etui BUT ive needed to pay for it import tax(nothing special) but value of item was 3x lower that ive paid. It left sense of overpriced item i guess.

Art of Tibet Thangka paintings are exquisitely beautiful. I have no doubt of their authentic and master quality. They are both beautiful to look at and exude a very high vibrational energy. I set out to purchase one thangka but was so taken with it, I have purchased two more.
In addition, I have had top quality customer service with friendly and quick response time to questions submitted via their "contact us" form.
