Amazing Art
Ordered 2 prints and the products were amazing. The communication with Artprintshop was really good, the responses were full of information and had a rapid response rate. Easy to order, brilliant valve for money and delivery was smooth.
Would happily use them again for more prints or canvas work.

Perspex not glass?
Love the print and frame but it is let down by them showcasing in perspex rather than glass. Expected better for £150.

Thank you for your feedback. The glazing is not your standard perspex but instead we use acrylic framers glass similar to most online art houses as actual glass would not make it through the courier system. We're really pleased you like the print and frame and we offer a 60 day no quibble return policy should you wish to return the art. Let us know if we can help.

Terrible FedeX couriers. Avoid!!
Ordered 2 canvas prints. Was apprehensive as I had never ordered art online. Sadly my fears regarding shipment were realised.
Main issue is they use FEDEX as couriers who are awful
Only delivered 1 of 2 paintings which took 1 week not advertised speedy delivery. Eventual delivery of second item was not communicated, I was stuck at work and it was left OUTSIDE during Storm Dara!! My neighbour rescued it before it got blown away.
On plus note, I love one painting, the other considering returning as disappointing in flesh :( but the packaging was damaged in storm thanks to FedeX

We are really sorry to hear that Fedex have provided a poor service in this instance. Everything was despatched on time from our end but it appears Storm Darragh caused Fedex a number of issues. We have raised this issue with Fedex which seems to be specific to your local area and we have moved other deliveries to DPD as a result until we are satisfied that the situation has improved. I apologise that Fedex have not provided the service we normally see from them.
We are glad you love the painting. You have 60 days to try out any artwork and can send it back for a full product refund if you change your mind. I can only apologise again for your delivery experience.

Super pleased with my artwork, it's called The Tree of Happiness, and I am very happy each time I look at it. Superb customer service and delivery, well wrapped.

Wow so happy with lion picture. So now ordered giraffe picture for my new home. Thankyou made my new family home look fabulous. Amazing quality and came within few days so impressed with the detail 👌
