Wonderful Customer Service !

There are such nice items on this website! I did, however, need to cancel an order recently. I sent an email and very promptly received a reply. Sunny was so pleasant and helpful and immediately understood why I wanted to cancel the order. My request for a refund was accepted with no questions asked, no judgement on my reasons why and no attempt to “talk me out of it.” I will definitely do business with this company in the future.

After being unable to locate my package that was marked as delivered, the company offered to replace it at no cost to me. They have also kept me updated thru emails.

Horrible Company

Never received any shipping updates after placing my order in February.
Never responded to my email.
Contacted PayPal and so far have heard nothing.
Don't ever buy from this shameful company!! Total scam.

Total scam

Total scam. They drop-ship falsely advertised products from China. Their website described the product as a sea glass ornament advent calendar; the “ornaments” were flat plastic cutouts, no more than an inch big each. They will only offer you a partial refund, more low quality plastic junk from them, or a voucher to purchase more low quality plastic junk from them. Do not waste your money.

I placed my order on December 26th and…

I placed my order on December 26th and have not received it yet. They just told me yesterday it was delivered February 8th which was a lie. They have not refunded my money. It is a scam. Do not buy from them!

This company is a ripoff.. Buyer Beware!!

This company is a ripoff. I ordered what I thought was an Amethyst sea glass horse that looked beautiful. What I got was totally not how it looked on the advertisement! Plus I had to go to the post office and pick it up since there was no postage on it and was labeled Fraud sender 8 bucks for junk that was from China!!!

My order arrived & it was broken

My order arrived & it was broken. I believe that the shipping packaging was to blame & shared that with the customer service rep. I was responded to promptly & offered 3 options. I asked if I could have the same product from my original order shipped & that was agreed to. Hopefully it will arrive not broken.
